I started this about a week ago and have been slowlyy working on it. So far, about an hour and a half of work. I'm using this as my reference.I'm not sure if this is the title I'll give to the final. Give me ideas? :]

Just tissues and Q-tips. The blending isn't so smooth in this picture but I've fixed it since.
