•Ability: Torrent [Boosts Water-type moves in a pinch.]
•Personality: Very shy, but tries to be more out-going and leader-like. She hates water [for some odd reason..] and heights. She will, however, stand up for what is right no matter what others think.
•History: Filo was born in the village. She was perfectly fine until her parents had to leave for an emergency off the island when she was 10. Been gone for 3 years, Filo doesn't think about it much anymore. When she was very young, she went for her first swimming lesson with her father. When her father turned his back for a bit, Filo tries diving down but swam too far down the river and went down a waterfall. She hasn't been able to face water since. She felt she was useless as she was, so she joined PFF to train.
•Weapon: A compact gun. Uses with her right paw, but most of the time she holds it with both paws. She only uses it when it is a dire emergency.
•Move set:
1. Razor Shell
2. Water Pulse
3. Fury Cutter
4. Copycat [egg move from her mother]

•Fun Facts:
- Loses temper easily
- Autumn is her favorite season
- Refuses to go near water [moves are exception]
- Enjoys watching sunrises/sunsets
