Honestly, if you went onto myspace or facebook you'd see millions of photos exactly the same as this. It's a typical angle known as the 'myspace angle', this picture is nothing special at all. She just took a picture of herself with her phone (as you can tell by the graininess and low quality of the image).
I don't understand why this is popular.

While i don't exactly consider this great art, i don't really consider drawing cartoons art either. It seems to me that art might be subjective.
