A sorta blue-print sketch for a nicer, better drawing I will soon be completing. It's supposed to be Cloud with all his cuts and blood all over the place, about to deal the finishing blow to Sephiroth in ACC.Any inaccuracies where his sword is concerned I am already well aware of. I'm redrawing it because I didn't have any references available when doing this, and it's been a while since I've drawn his sword.

Phenomenal work, as always. Just one thing: with the positioning of the left forearm it seems almost unnatural that his elbow isn't visible under his right leg. Maybe the forearm isn't long enough and the drawing is correct? But it looks almost like a floating arm.
Maybe I'll think of something else to write later but for now I have to go change my pants.

I need to see that version of Advent Children, and I absolutly love how you drew the sword, I have problems with drawing metal.. and also how you are able to apply near perfect texture to clouds clothes.

Did you see the re-edited version of Advent Children with extended scenes? It seriously blew my mind.. Sephiroth messed Cloud up something bad, there was blood and everything.
Wouldn't be surprised, this picture looks reminiscent of that.

i had a similar reaction. it was more like "damn... that is a LOT of blood." seeing protagonists bleed a lot excites me for some reason... not in a dirty way.

Myeah, it's very rare to see ANYTHING like blood and severe violence in a Final Fantasy game/movie or otherwise.. except for, like, fanart or something.
It's cool and shows a higher sense of reality... which is odd for fantasy, but still cool nonetheless. lol
