love these guys! I like how it's a 3 evo family, most pikachu-clones aren't, which I find sad (come on, we know 3 evo is the way to go XD)I love their designs and color schemes, especially this last guy here.

I love 3 evo lines in general, so I felt that it was the way to go c: I imagine the first stage being a baby pokΓ©mon like Munchlax and Wynaut and all those, that can only be bred with some kind of insense or special item.Β
And awesome! It'd be kinda sad if you liked the first or second stage more than the last one. XD (which is for many the case with Pikachu/Raichu)

i can't stand it when that happens! (when you like a mid stage better than the final)
then you enter this awful personal struggle between deciding to go with the thing you'd rather look at the rest of the game, or the one with better stats XD. I almost always give in and evolve them anyway lol.

As is the case, for me, with Dewott, Braixen, Wartortle.. there's a lot of starters where I like the second evolution better than the last. Braixen is the saddest though because it's so cool and cute at the same time and then... It gets a full-lenght skirt but looks sort of manly. Which just makes it look.. Odd

I have to agree. I actually wasn't impressed with any of the new starters for X and Y, but I did go with Fennekin, and while I've grown attached to my Delphox now, it's definitely not my favorte starter XD

I did go with my Delphox because it's pretty useful with its strange type combo. I don't like having Psychic-only pokΓ©mon, but i ALWAYS have fire, so to get both in one was pretty neat.
In the end however it still had to back down to give room for Arcanine :U
