Page 2 of CeleryNumberMan, the Superhero comic based on the Top Gear presenters. That guy who's not Richard Hammond, Jeremy Clarkson or James May is Andy Wilman, producer of Top Gear and former classmate of Jeremy Clarkson. He's a big part of deciding what they do on the show, so I thought I'd include him.

I'm going with the voice overs they use in the show, and the different colors of the font indicates who's talking.
Green = Richard Hammond
Red = Jeremy Clarkson
Blue = James May

This means James is doing the voice overs on this page. Pretend that's him talking.
