Don't think I've seen the episode with the villain in the middle. He reminds me of Skeletor from He-Man.

He's the lich, from "Mortal Folly".
He's based off the baddie from Disney's "Black Cauldron", an sort of undead king.

Ice Kind became kinda lame thought... He was awesome at the beginning (cool crazy ice wizard) but now he's more like a whinning oldman with dramatic past.
