Present.....

"Scream Turmoil!!!"

               Things seemed quiet over Megakat City tonight....the skies were clear, the streets were vermin free, and the night air was shimmering over the lights of the city. No need for the Swat Kats tonight; and speaking of which....in their civilian identities, Jake and Chance were winding down from a hard day in the Salvage Yard. While Jake was tinkering on a new device for the Turbokat, Chance was chilling on the couch watching his favorite show, "Scaredy Kat". "Hahaha!! Hey Jake, you got to see what Scaredy Kat just did", Chance said to Jake, drinking a can of milk. "Not now Chance, I'm workin' on a new weapon for the Turbokat", he shot back. "Really??", Chance said. "Yeah, check it out", Jake replied. Chance's eyes grew wide as he viewed the missile. "Nice missile, but what is it??", Chance asked. "I call it...the 'Flare' missile", Jake answered. "You see, the missile is made of a lightweight metal to encase a series of mini 'cloister' warheads; when the enemy ship fires on the decoy casing, it'll release the warheads, causing the ship major damage on impact", he explained. "But what if they don't shoot at the missile?", Chance asked. "Well, the missile will hit the target and the warheads would explode inside the casing; and there is a remote activator to detonate the casing", Jake answered. "Sounds great 'Sure-Shot', but when are we gonna be able to test this bad boy out?", Chance asked anxiously. "Not for a while, still have to work out a few kinks in it", Jake said. "Oh", Chance said dejectedly. "Well, I'm going back to the couch", he said, "Alright; save me a can of milk, and let me know when 'Litterbin's' on...", Jake said. "Yeah yeah...", Chance said as he went to sit down, and as Jake went back to working on the missile.

➲➲➲ ON ALKATRAZ ISLAND....

"My plans are almost complete, we just need one last thing before we can...", before the prisoner could finish what she was saying, another one ran in. "I got the last piece", the prisoner said, outta breath. "Excellent! Now I have the last component to ensure our escape", the first prisoner said. "To the common cat, these items are just ordinary electronic devices. But to me, they are our means of escape", she said, "Are the others ready?" "Ready and waiting", another prisoner said. "Good. Now all we need is our...distraction", the first prisoner said. Then all of a sudden, an explosion shook the entire prison. As the guards went to investigate, the head prisoner give a signal to the other girls. They made their way to the top of the prison, taking out any guards they encountered. "Hey!! Now what are we gonna do? We got no way to get outta here!!", one of the prisoners said. "Just look up", the leader said, as a helicopter descended down to a heli-pad near them. As they loaded up into the chopper, the prisoners asked: "Where are we going now?" To which the leader said: "We have to make a quick stop at Pumadyne", she told them, "Their's something I need to 'pick up' for our services", she said as she laughed.

      THE NEXT DAY....

Things seemed fine in Megakat City; Jake and Chance were in the city coming back from a towing job: "Well Chance, it looks like another job well done; got that old lady out of the ditch, got paid this time..", Jake said. "Yeah, and don't forget; we also got to see Callie as we tuned-up her car at City Hall", Chance replied back. Everything was going great for them, that is, until....
SSSSHHHEEE-BBBBOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!! A laser stream of energy shot down from the sky, destroying a building right in front of the guys. "Holy smokes!!!", Chance said, realizing what had just happened, "What in the world was that?!?!?" "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!", a voice laughed, coming through the radio. "Well bud, ask and ye shall receive", Jake replied. "THAT, MEGAKAT CITY, WAS JUST A 'SMALL' DEMONSTRATION OF THE AWESOME POWER THAT I WIELD!!!!! THERE WILL BE ANOTHER 'DEMONSTRATION' UNLESS THE CITY PAYS ME 1 BILLION DOLLARS IN ONE HOUR!! THERE'LL BE A PLANE COMING TO CITY HALL TO PICK UP THE MONEY!!! IF MY DEMANDS AREN'T MET, WELL YOU KNOW THE REST.." "Yeah, and the SWAT KATS will be there too!!!" "Count on it!!" Chance and Jake said, as the broadcast ended.

BACK AT THE HANGAR....

As the guys were suiting up to go to city hall, the alarm went blaring like crazy. "It's Callie!!", Jake said. "Yes Ms. Briggs?", Chance asked as T-Bone. "Hey guys, did you hear what was on the radio just now?", she asked. "I think the whole city heard it Ms Briggs", T-Bone said. "Do you guys think you can add some more 'protection' down at city hall?" "For you Callie, anything", Jake said as Razor. "Thanks guys", Callie said as she got of the communicator. "Well, its official now Bud", Razor said, "Yeah, lets not disappoint", T-Bone replied.
Nimbly leaping into the Turbokat, they began to power-up the jet...
They had done this so many times, it was almost routine. T-Bone activated the main power drive, allowing him to fire up the engines. While he did that, Razor flipped a number of switches and dials, which elevated the TurboKat up into the launch tunnel. Another switch brought the weapons panel and other displays online. T-Bone, with his signature grin, grabbed hold of the yoke and prepared for takeoff. Behind him in the co-pilot's seat, he could hear Razor counting down,"5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Launch!!!". As the engines were smoking from the pre-flight check, they soon glowed red hot and ignited, giving the guys the signal that it was time to fly. The twin engines roared with fury, propelling the TurboKat up the tunnel. As the craft picked up speed, T-Bone held onto the joystick for dear life, with a mix of fear and excitement, while Razor, feeling the same, thought: HERE COMES MY FAVORITE PART. As they rocketed out of the tunnel, the third engine finally came on, giving them a wicked burst of turbo speed, jetting them to city hall in record time. As Razor and  T-Bone cruised into the sky, a single distinct feeling passed through them: SWEET!!

AT CITY HALL...

The TurboKat landed on top of city hall, ousting Commander Feral of his spot, forcing him to land on the ground. "Sorry we're late Ms. Briggs", T-Bone said, as he and Razor came down from the top. "That's ok guys..", Callie said before being interrupted by a clearly steamed Feral: "OK?!?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THESE 'HOT-SHOTS' JUST DID??? THEY PREVENTED AN OFFICER OF THE LAW FROM LANDING ON A CLEARLY MARKED PAD FOR MY CHOPPER!!!" "Well, accidents 'do' happen Feral", Jake said. "I oughta...", Feral was trying to say before Callie interrupted him: "Look!! Here comes the plane!!"

INSIDE THE PLANE'S COCKPIT...

"Is the money in place?", a voice said from a radio. "Yes ma'am", the pilot said. "Is Feral there too??", the voice asked. "Hmm, yes." "Do you see the Swat Kats??", "Yes..", the pilot said, a little confused. "Good... When you get the money, give T-bone this message...", the voice said, as she whispered the message to the pilot.

BACK ON THE GROUND....

The Swat Kats, along with Enforcers Officers, waited eagerly for the plane to make its move. "THIS IS COMMANDER FERAL!!! HERE IS THE MONEY YOU 'REQUESTED', PAID IN FULL." "GOOD!! AND THERE BETTER NOT BE ANY TRACKING DEVICES IN HERE, OR ANOTHER BUILDING WILL BE GOING DOWN", The pilot said, as a claw came down to pick-up the money. "AND T-BONE", she continued, "MY BOSS WANTS TO LET YOU KNOW, 'BETRAYAL WILL BE MET WITH SWIFT VENGEANCE, MY LOVE...'" After that "awkward" message was delivered, the jet took off like a bullet for parts unknown. "What do you think that was about buddy?", Razor asked T-Bone, little puzzled at what just happened. "I have no idea...", he said, puzzled the same. "Do you think that will the end of it Feral?", Mayor Manx asked. "It's never that 'easy' Mayor", he replied, a little annoyed.  "that's why I put my best man on the job of tracking them down."

BACK IN THE PLANE....

"Do you have the money?", the voice asked. "Yes ma'am", the pilot answered. "And the message??" "Umm, yes, it was delivered", she said, a little hesitant about it. "Good, then the first part of the plan is done. Now, on to the second part", the voice said. "Is one of Feral's flunkies following you yet?" "Yes ma'am; his niece Lt.'Felina' Feral is pursuing", the pilot said. "Excellent, she will be a most valuable prize; for me and for my revenge!!", the voice shouted.

ON THE GROUND....

While on the ground, Felina was tracking the plane in an Enforcers jeep, tailing it to the hideout. "I have the coordinates Uncle, they're at Mount.....", she tried to say but was cut-off by some guards shooting at her jeep. "Felina?? FELINA!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!", he shouted through the comm, but was answered only with static, as the guards had dragged her from the jeep to the their hideout.

BACK IN THE CITY....

Feral was in a rage at what happened to Felina, damaging his car, throwing trash cans, and growling like a wild animal. "ARGH!!! I never should've sent her alone!!", he said as he slammed his fists on to his car. "Commander, there was no way of knowing what she would have encountered out there", Callie said, putting her hand on his shoulder, trying to comfort him. "Thank you Ms. Briggs, but I must focus on finding Felina", Feral said, trying to seem that he was alright. "Is there any way to track her last position?", Feral asked, glaring at Lt. Steele. "Uh...umm....uh...." "WELL??" , Feral asked angrily. "Well sir, umm, we can't find her signal or pick-up the jeeps either..", Steele said. "Then I suggest that you find someone who can", Feral said, talking down to Steele. Callie then turned to Razor and asked him: "Can you guys find her?" "Yeah!! The Turbokat can pick up her signal, and track her to wherever she's being held", Razor responded confidently. "I'm going with you", Feral growled walking toward the nearest jet. "But Commander, with all due respect, it will be extremely dangerous", Steele tried to counter. Feral spun around to face him and said: "Mister, you don't know what dangerous is, but if you try to stop me, I'll be more than happy to show you." Steele backed away slowly, clearly shaken by Feral's display of fury. "Well?? What are you two waiting for?!?! We have to find my niece!!", Feral said, already in the Turbokat. "You heard the man Razor...", T-Bone said as they were preparing to launch. "Be careful", Callie said under her breath, as they jetted away to find Felina.

IN THE AIR....

"Can't you two try and fly this thing straight??", Feral said as the jet careened through the sky. "It would be a little easier if there was more room to maneuver with", T-Bone said. "ARE YOU TWO CALLING ME FAT?!?!?", Feral asked, in a rage. The two kats looked at themselves and said: "BINGO..."

AT THE MOUNTAIN HIDEOUT...

"Ugh, augh, ugh.... Where are you taking me?!?!", Felina bellowed down a corridor that her captors where taking her through. The two guards remained silent as they dragged her to their leader, who was waiting with anticipation. "Ah..... the famous 'Felina Feral', how good of you to join us", a voice said, coming from a chair turned away from Felina. "Who are you lady, and what do you want with me??", Felina yelled at the woman. "Ahh mein liebes Mädchen", the woman said as she got up from the chair, "My name is 'Turmoil', and you are to join my army!!". "Ma'am!!", a lieutenant said, interrupting Turmoil tirade, "There's a proximity alert at bottom of the mountain. Someone's here.." "Take a squad and go see what is going on down there!!", Turmoil said, as the lieutenant nodded and went. "Now... back to the matter at hand..."

OUTSIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN...

The Turbokat had just touched down a mile away from Mount Kaata, where Felina's last coordinates were. "Well, here's her jeep", Razor said. "There's nothing in here but her weapon", T-Bone said, examining the vehicle for clues. As Feral was looking around for anything that would help them find her, he noticed three sets of footprints on the ground. "Look!! Footprints!!" "Wait a minute, one set turns into drag marks. She must have been knocked out and taken away", T-Bone said. "Yeah, and look where they lead to", Razor said, pointing at the top of the mountain. "CATS ALIVE!!! It's a fortress!", Feral said. "That's no fortress, it's a hover carrier!!" "With a giant gun on top!", T-Bone ans Razor said respectively. "That must be where they took Felina..", Feral said, with a lite rage. "Yeah, and it looks like whoever took her is coming back to look for us", Razor said, noticing that a convoy of jeeps headed there way. "Great... Now what are we gonna do?", T-Bone asked. Razor turned to Feral and said: "Feral, take the Turbokat, go back to Megakat city and get us some help!" "Alright, but what about you two??" "Don't worry about us Feral; all we need is our wits, our glovatrixs, and the Cyclotron..", T-Bone said as Razor drove the Cyclotron out of the Turbokat, revving the engine twice. "Now get outta here Feral!! Before they spot you!!" Feral nodded as the canopy retracted and the jet launch into the skies. "Now what...?", T-Bone asked, watching the Turbokat race towards Megakat city. "Hope that Feral can get back here in time with some backup... Now help me move the Cyclotron to that hill over there and cover our tracks", Razor said, with the jeeps getting closer every minute. When the jeeps finally arrived, they found.... nothing. "Ma'am, there's nothing out here", one of the officers said on her comm link. "Scans said that something was out there, must have been a lizard or something", the lieutenant said. "However, we did see the Turbokat fleeing the scene", the officer said. "SWAT KATS!?!?!", Turmoil screamed over the comm, "How do they know where I.... Track them, and see were they're headed." "They're headed for the city", responded the officer. "Hmm, no doubt enlisting help from the Enforcers", Turmoil answered back. "Turmoil?!?!", T-Bone said, trying not to raise his voice. "How did that vindictive she-cat get outta jail??", Razor asked. "I don't know buddy, but she sounds like one angry dictator", T-Bone answered. "Yeah, do you think that she still has a little 'resentment' against you??", Razor asked. "And if you see those Swat Kats, exterminate them, with extreme prejudice...", Turmoil said darkly. "Oh yeah, she misses me somethin' awful Sureshot. Ol' T-Bone's still got the magic with the ladies", T-Bone said with a huge grin. "Yeah, and that kinda magic is going to get us killed", Razor smugly retorted. "Return to base now!! We need to mobilize against the Enforcers and the Swat Kats!!!", Turmoil shouted through the comm. As the convoy turned to go back to the mountain, Razor and T-Bone shadowed them from a safe distance. "Razor, following from a distance isn't gonna save us from their scanner. What are we going to do about that?", T-Bone asked. "With this!", he said as he flipped a switch, which activated the Cyclotron's new stealth mode. "Haha!! Alriigghhttt!!! Razor!! When did you have time to come up with this?" "I've been fiddling around with it for awhile now, and just needed a good reason to test it", Razor said as they closed in on the fortress. "Do you think that we could modify this for the Turbokat, or-or even for our glovatrix's?", T-Bone wondered. "Well, it still a long way from being adapted for the Turbokat, and it would be months before it could be used for a device that small", Razor explained. "Months huh?...", T-Bone wondered, scratching his chin thoughtfully...

AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE FORTRESS....

The Cyclotron raced its way to the entrance, trying to beat the rapidly closing door. As they barely made it to a corner of the hangar, hiding behind a few cargo containers, the duo nimbly leapt off the vehicle. Checking their equipment and slipping on their glovatrix's, the two set off for the nearest corridor. The passageway was full of piping and wires sticking out of loose panels. Overhead, the lights flickered on and off, adding to the lingering sense of unease and danger. Razor looked around and said: "This rustbucket is in dire need of repair." "Yeah, no kidding", T-Bone added. "It looks like she's been neglected for a long time; panels falling down, sparking wires, loose bulkheads...." "Enough sightseeing buddy, lets head for the bridge", Razor said, noticing that some officers were approaching.

APPROACHING THE BRIDGE....

"It should be up ahead", T-Bone said, sneaking along in the corridor. "Are you sure?", Razor asked. "Yes I'm sure. It may have been a while, but I know this place like the back of my hand", he said, nearing the bridge. As they stopped at a large closed doorway with the words 'Main Bridge' on it, Razor looked around to see where to enter from. An open panel above the door showed them where to go next. "Come on buddy, lets get climbing...", Razor said, launching a grappling hook to get up into the open space. As they crawled through the small space, they found themselves on a 'catwalk' (ha ha) above Turmoil and her loyal officers. "Let's hang up here for awhile, and see what they're planning", T-Bone said. On the ground, Turmoil and her large army of women were preparing for the coming onslaught from the Enforcers. "What is the status of the base?", Turmoil asked one of the lieutenant. "The main cannon is operating at maximum efficiency, the troops are ready to repel the coming forces, and Operation 'TIDAL WAVE' is a go." "Excellent...", she said with a crooked smile. "Operation 'TIDAL WAVE'?? I wonder what that's all about..", Razor whispered before getting tapped on the shoulder. "Not now T-Bone." But it wasn't him. He turned around and saw T-Bone, captured by a guard, with his hands in the air, while another one pointed a weapon in Razor's back and said: "Come on, up." The guards then led them both down to the bridge, much to Turmoil's liking. "Ahh.... T-Bone", she said before giving him a passionate kiss, after which, she slapped him. "How dare you come aboard my ship??" "It's not like you've been real hospitable about it", T-Bone replied, trying to wipe the kiss off his lips, while his hands were bound. "Do not test me, infidel....One false move, and I promise you, it will be your last!", she said to him, with a glare in her eyes. "I don't mean to get in between your little 'lovers spat', but I do a have a question", Razor said, trying to intervene on T-Bone's behalf, "What is a power base like this doing in the middle of nowhere??" "Well, we've been preparing this base to take on the defenses of Megakat City. You see, this is no mere land base, but my heli-carrier you so 'lovingly' shot down... I liberated it from Pumadyne, along with some other useful devices, to not only get my revenge against you beloved, but to gain control over the city as well!!", she explained. "Ugh!! You demented she-cat!! Do you really think that we'll let you get away with this?!?!", T-Bone yelled. "Of course I will!!" "Ma'am!! Multiple contacts approaching fast", one of the lieutenants announced. Just outside emerging from the clouds was the Turbokat, hurtling toward Turmoil's ship. But it wasn't alone. Just behind it was a huge battalion of chopper and jet forces, ready n' willing to back up Feral. "Ma'am, incoming message from the.... Turbokat?" "The Turbokat?!?! That's impossible!! The Swat Kats are already here!" "This is Feral!!! Give yourselves up now!!!", he said through the comm. "Feral?? So, you have enlisted the help of the Enforcers to capture me? No matter. Lieutenant send out the call", she said, confident in her chances. "Captain, take these prisoners away!" As the captain come up to haul them away, they looked to see that it was Felina. "Felina!!! It's us, T-Bone and Razor. You gotta help us", they said. She just stared at them with a blank look on her face. "Hahaha.... You fools, she's under my control, thanks to one of the....useful devices I acquired from Pumadyne. She is my slave!!", Turmoil said arrogantly. Then, after Felina was hauling the duo away, Turmoil turned to T-Bone, looking at him longingly, took him aside and told him softly: "You know, that offer still stands, for you to be my 'flight-commander.'" "Read my lips Turmoil: blow it out your...." "Fool!!", she yelled, casting him off with disgust. "Haul him away!!" "What?? All I was gonna say was 'ear'...", he said with a huge grin.

NEAR THE BRIG....

As they were being led to the brig, Felina told the two guards standing watch: "I'll take care of these two myself", after which, they left. She turned around to them, looked them in the eye and said: "Hey fellas, what took you so long??" T-Bone and Razor exchanged shocked looks. "It was an act?" Razor asked, confused as heck. "Yeah, apparently when I was undergoing the supposed 'mind control' process, there was a short in the machine that they didn't notice. So I just played along until either I could get out, or someone would help me take her down", she explained. "So then you must know what Operation 'TIDAL WAVE' is!", T-Bone said. "I do; and its not pretty...", she said. "She plans on getting her fortress in the air and to take it over city hall, where she'll use her giant sonic cannon to create a tidal wave like sonic energy blast to wipe out the entire city!!!" "Holy Cats!! We have to stop her!!", T-Bone exclaimed. "First we need to get back into the Turbokat to destroy the cannon!!", Razor said. "We need to get in touch with Feral. Felina, do you know where we can contact him?", T-Bone asked. "Yes, this way!!" shouted Felina.

IN THE COMM CENTER...

They reached the comm center, which was emptied for some reason, to contact Feral for a pick-up/drop-off: "Feral, come in Feral!! This is Razor, come in, over...", he said. "Feral here! I'm surprised you Swat Kats are still alive!", he answered. "Hey, give us some credit Feral, we survived you all these years", T-Bone retorted. "All kidding aside, we need the Turbokat back Commander", Razor said in a serious tone. "Alright, there'll be a chopper escort coming with me to pick me up. And is there any word on Felina's whereabouts??" "Right here Uncle! Good to hear from ya!!", Felina said. "Good, good...", he said with a sigh of relief in his breath. "I'll be there in about ten minutes" "Well meet you at the flag hangar, and be prepared to blast open the hangar doors when you get here!", Razor told him. "Roger!! Over and out!!" "Come on!! Lets get outta here, double time!!", T-Bone yelled. But as they were making their way to the hangar, the fortress started to shake. "What was that?", T-Bone asked. "It's the fortress, its beginning to take off!!", Felina said, as the ship started to shake more violently.

IN THE CORRIDORS....

As the ship made its way higher and higher into the sky, the trio got closer and closer to the hangar. Curiously, the corridors were clear of guards, indicating that they were either at command posts, or loading into fighters to repel the Enforcers. "Seems like smooth sailing from here Razor", T-Bone said, rather confidently.
"Just don't jinx us by saying that buddy", Razor replied.

IN THE HANGAR BAY....

As they entered, everything seemed fine, despite the chaos happening around them. "See, what did I tell you? Smooth sailing..." Until....: "You there!! Hands up!!", a guard said, with a few guards backing her up. "I told you T-Bone", Razor said. Just as the guards were moving in to arrest them, Feral arrived and blasted the doors open, knocking out the guards in the process. "Is everyone alright?", Feral asked, as he exited the Turbokat. "Yeah, we're ok Feral", T-Bone answered him. Feral went to Felina, stared for a moment and said: "I shouldn't have sent you by yourself Felina, it was too dangerous, and could've been a costly mistake." "You've trained me well Uncle, I can handle myself", she said, while giving him a hug. "I hate to ruin a touching family moment but... you know, giant fortress, plight of Megakat City??", Razor interrupted. "Right, uhh.... lets get into the chopper Uncle", Felina said, trying to be serious. The Swat Kats jumped up into the cockpit of the Turbokat, and began to takeoff. T-Bone pulled a 360 and darted towards the large hole in the blast doors. The thrusters ignited, launching them into the sky.

IN THE SKIES....

The Turbokat rocketed out of the hangar, soaring towards the battle at breakneck speed. "Looks like we're gonna see some action Hot-shot", Razor shouted. "Yeah, let's party!!!", T-Bone shouted back. A squadron of Turmoil's jets streaked past the canopy, lasers firing. T-Bone threw the Turbokat into a barrel roll to evade their fire. Razor followed up with one of his signature missiles as he said: "Deploying 'buzz-saw' missiles!" A horde of missiles launched from under the jet before they began racing towards Turmoil's fighters. The nose cones popped off revealing sharp, spinning blades underneath. As they made contact with the ships, the missiles instantly ripped through them, causing them to crash into the waters below. "Bingo!!", shouted Razor. They then swung around to help out some Enforcer jets shoot down more of Turmoil's squad on their way to her ship.

WHILE ON THE BRIDGE IN THE FLYING FORTRESS....

          "Ma'am, the Turbokat is heading towards us, closing fast", a
lieutenant shouted. "Activate defense clusters", Turmoil ordered.

BACK IN THE SKIES....

The exterior turrets began firing like crazy. The battlefield lit up with a hailstorm of lasers. "Razor!! Don't you have something to take care of those turrets Sure-shot??" "How about a Static-Wave missile??" "A what?", T-Bone asked. "Just give me a clear shot, and you'll find out..", Razor said. T-Bone flipped the Turbokat around and made another pass for the carrier. As he got closer, the turrets turned to focus on them. "It's all yours Sure-shot, go for it!!!", T-Bone called out. "Static-Wave missile, deploy!!!", Razor shouted, hitting its launch button. As the jet made a hard right, avoiding a collision with the massive ship, the missile kept cruising toward the bridge.

IN THE BRIDGE....

"Ma'am, there's a missile heading our way!! Look out!!", a lieutenant shouted before the missile impacted the hull. "Status report, NOW!!!!" "The turret defense grid is down, shields are down to 27 percent, and more than half of the fleet is disabled." Turmoil paced back and forth for a few moments, weighing her remaining options. "What are our coordinates?" "We're right over city hall." "Excellent...ready the weapon, and fire when it's fully charged", she said as she started to walk away. "Ma'am, where are you going?" "To make sure that this weapon fires...", she said as the doors closed.

OUT IN THE SKIES....

The Turbokat was racing toward city hall, while the Enforcer fleet was busy fighting Turmoil's fighter jets. "We're making a run for the weapon; Feral, can you provide us with some cover?", T-Bone radioed over the comm. "Unfortunately not Swat Kats. We've got our hands full with these fighters. Sorry I can't offer any assistance." "Don't worry about it Feral, we've survived worse", Razor said warily. "At least I hope we survive this..." As the Turbokat was moving into position to intercept the weapon before it fired, Turmoil dropped from the clouds, engines roaring through the air, in her own fighter. She opened fire on the Turbokat, launching an onslaught of missiles like a madwoman, trying to protect her weapon. "Ugh..Razor!!! How are we supposed to stop her?? She keeps firing off missiles like the fourth of July!!!" Every attempt they had at getting closer to the weapon was thwarted by Turmoil's fighter. "Its getting ready to fire!! Razor!?!" "Make another pass, I have an idea", Razor said. "What idea is that?!?!", he shot back. "Remember that missile I was working on??" "Yeah?" "Well, lets give it a test run!!" As the engines roared as the jet swung around for another run at the weapon, you could slightly hear an inspired melody in the background. "Hey Razor, do you hear something?" "It might be just feedback from the controls, don't worry about it..", he said. They went in fast, hoping to catch Turmoil off guard. But as she was getting ready to block their attack, Razor sprung his trap. "Flare missile, deploy!!!!" The missile was released from the underside, engaging its thrusters. As it hurtled toward Turmoil's fighter, she shot at the casing, releasing a large number of smaller cloistered warheads. The warheads swarmed like insects, guided to Turmoil's ship. As they detonated on contact with her ship, crippling it in the process, she had no choice but to eject and watch as the Swat Kats lined up for one final shot. "You only have one chance at this sure-shot; make it count..." "One shot is all it takes", he replied. The weapon charged up with massive amounts of energy, preparing to fire. "I got a special treat for you", Razor said, prepping the next shot. "Razor, take the shot!!!", T-Bone yelled, as they neared the cannon. It was about to fire when Razor said: "Time to finish you off with a P.O.M.!!!" "A what??" "A 'plain old missile'!!!!" The missile sailed straight for the center of the cannon, hitting it right as the cannon was firing. The blast caused a chain reaction that backfed into the main reactor, causing it to explode. Throughout the ship you can hear the evacuation order blaring: "All hands, abandon ship!! All hands, abandon ship!!" As the crew jumped overboard, and the ship started to plunge into the ocean, Turmoil screamed and shouted as she was falling down to waiting Enforcers units: "NOOOO!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!!!" With that, the ship sank to the bottom of Megakat Harbor.

A FEW HOURS LATER, AT MEGAKAT HARBOR....

As Turmoil and her remaining forces were carted off to a waiting maximum security facility, a news van arrived on the scene. "Deputy Mayor, Commander Feral!!! Ann Gora, Katseye News.. Ms Briggs, what is the current situation on the 'Turmoil' crisis??" "We have Turmoil in custody, and her troop carrier has been disabled", she summarized. "And what about the city's money, as well as Lieutenant Feral?", asked Ann. "I can answer that, Ann. The money has been recovered and returned to the treasury, and Lt. Feral is safe", Commander Feral said as he stepped in. "So are we to credit the Enforcers for Turmoil's capture??" "No Ann, not this time...", he said grudgingly. "Well Commander, if not the Enforcers, then who?", Ann asked. Just then, the Turbokat roared overhead, climbed back into the sky, and sailed off toward the horizon. "Well, I guess there's your answer Ann...", Callie said. "Well then, Megakat City has been saved yet again, by those amazing Swat Kats" "This has been Ann Gora, Katseye News, Reporting live from Megakat Harbor, saying good night, good news, and thank you to the Swat Kats", said Ann as she concluded the broadcast while Chance and Jake watched it on their tv. "Well, Turmoil's back in jail, the city has its money, and Feral will be steaming about this for weeks... I think that's a job well done!!", Jake said, as he grabbed some milk from the fridge. "Yeah, buddy. I can't wait to do it all again tomorrow", Chance shot back with a laugh. But no sooner did Chance finish speaking, the alarm went off. Jake rushed over to the comm panel, pressing the button. "Yes Miss Briggs?" "Swat Kats, we need you downtown right away!!!", Callie said over the comm. "Never a dull day is it, pal?", said Jake. "Not for us, buddy. Let's go...", Chance replied. As they suited on their gear, and leapt into the cockpit of the Turbokat, you could see a grin from ear to ear on their faces, knowing that they love their jobs as they zoomed off to whatever would await them.....

"Scream Turmoil!!!"

               Things seemed quiet over Megakat City tonight....the skies were clear, the streets were vermin free, and the night air was shimmering over the lights of the city. No need for the Swat Kats tonight; and speaking of which....in their civilian identities, Jake and Chance were winding down from a hard day in the Salvage Yard. While Jake was tinkering on a new device for the Turbokat, Chance was chilling on the couch watching his favorite show, "Scaredy Kat". "Hahaha!! Hey Jake, you got to see what Scaredy Kat just did", Chance said to Jake, drinking a can of milk. "Not now Chance, I'm workin' on a new weapon for the Turbokat", he shot back. "Really??", Chance said. "Yeah, check it out", Jake replied. Chance's eyes grew wide as he viewed the missile. "Nice missile, but what is it??", Chance asked. "I call it...the 'Flare' missile", Jake answered. "You see, the missile is made of a lightweight metal to encase a series of mini 'cloister' warheads; when the enemy ship fires on the decoy casing, it'll release the warheads, causing the ship major damage on impact", he explained. "But what if they don't shoot at the missile?", Chance asked. "Well, the missile will hit the target and the warheads would explode inside the casing; and there is a remote activator to detonate the casing", Jake answered. "Sounds great 'Sure-Shot', but when are we gonna be able to test this bad boy out?", Chance asked anxiously. "Not for a while, still have to work out a few kinks in it", Jake said. "Oh", Chance said dejectedly. "Well, I'm going back to the couch", he said, "Alright; save me a can of milk, and let me know when 'Litterbin's' on...", Jake said. "Yeah yeah...", Chance said as he went to sit down, and as Jake went back to working on the missile.

➲➲➲ ON ALKATRAZ ISLAND....

"My plans are almost complete, we just need one last thing before we can...", before the prisoner could finish what she was saying, another one ran in. "I got the last piece", the prisoner said, outta breath. "Excellent! Now I have the last component to ensure our escape", the first prisoner said. "To the common cat, these items are just ordinary electronic devices. But to me, they are our means of escape", she said, "Are the others ready?" "Ready and waiting", another prisoner said. "Good. Now all we need is our...distraction", the first prisoner said. Then all of a sudden, an explosion shook the entire prison. As the guards went to investigate, the head prisoner give a signal to the other girls. They made their way to the top of the prison, taking out any guards they encountered. "Hey!! Now what are we gonna do? We got no way to get outta here!!", one of the prisoners said. "Just look up", the leader said, as a helicopter descended down to a heli-pad near them. As they loaded up into the chopper, the prisoners asked: "Where are we going now?" To which the leader said: "We have to make a quick stop at Pumadyne", she told them, "Their's something I need to 'pick up' for our services", she said as she laughed.

      THE NEXT DAY....

Things seemed fine in Megakat City; Jake and Chance were in the city coming back from a towing job: "Well Chance, it looks like another job well done; got that old lady out of the ditch, got paid this time..", Jake said. "Yeah, and don't forget; we also got to see Callie as we tuned-up her car at City Hall", Chance replied back. Everything was going great for them, that is, until....
SSSSHHHEEE-BBBBOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!! A laser stream of energy shot down from the sky, destroying a building right in front of the guys. "Holy smokes!!!", Chance said, realizing what had just happened, "What in the world was that?!?!?" "HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!", a voice laughed, coming through the radio. "Well bud, ask and ye shall receive", Jake replied. "THAT, MEGAKAT CITY, WAS JUST A 'SMALL' DEMONSTRATION OF THE AWESOME POWER THAT I WIELD!!!!! THERE WILL BE ANOTHER 'DEMONSTRATION' UNLESS THE CITY PAYS ME 1 BILLION DOLLARS IN ONE HOUR!! THERE'LL BE A PLANE COMING TO CITY HALL TO PICK UP THE MONEY!!! IF MY DEMANDS AREN'T MET, WELL YOU KNOW THE REST.." "Yeah, and the SWAT KATS will be there too!!!" "Count on it!!" Chance and Jake said, as the broadcast ended.

BACK AT THE HANGAR....

As the guys were suiting up to go to city hall, the alarm went blaring like crazy. "It's Callie!!", Jake said. "Yes Ms. Briggs?", Chance asked as T-Bone. "Hey guys, did you hear what was on the radio just now?", she asked. "I think the whole city heard it Ms Briggs", T-Bone said. "Do you guys think you can add some more 'protection' down at city hall?" "For you Callie, anything", Jake said as Razor. "Thanks guys", Callie said as she got of the communicator. "Well, its official now Bud", Razor said, "Yeah, lets not disappoint", T-Bone replied.
Nimbly leaping into the Turbokat, they began to power-up the jet...
They had done this so many times, it was almost routine. T-Bone activated the main power drive, allowing him to fire up the engines. While he did that, Razor flipped a number of switches and dials, which elevated the TurboKat up into the launch tunnel. Another switch brought the weapons panel and other displays online. T-Bone, with his signature grin, grabbed hold of the yoke and prepared for takeoff. Behind him in the co-pilot's seat, he could hear Razor counting down,"5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Launch!!!". As the engines were smoking from the pre-flight check, they soon glowed red hot and ignited, giving the guys the signal that it was time to fly. The twin engines roared with fury, propelling the TurboKat up the tunnel. As the craft picked up speed, T-Bone held onto the joystick for dear life, with a mix of fear and excitement, while Razor, feeling the same, thought: HERE COMES MY FAVORITE PART. As they rocketed out of the tunnel, the third engine finally came on, giving them a wicked burst of turbo speed, jetting them to city hall in record time. As Razor and  T-Bone cruised into the sky, a single distinct feeling passed through them: SWEET!!

AT CITY HALL...

The TurboKat landed on top of city hall, ousting Commander Feral of his spot, forcing him to land on the ground. "Sorry we're late Ms. Briggs", T-Bone said, as he and Razor came down from the top. "That's ok guys..", Callie said before being interrupted by a clearly steamed Feral: "OK?!?! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THESE 'HOT-SHOTS' JUST DID??? THEY PREVENTED AN OFFICER OF THE LAW FROM LANDING ON A CLEARLY MARKED PAD FOR MY CHOPPER!!!" "Well, accidents 'do' happen Feral", Jake said. "I oughta...", Feral was trying to say before Callie interrupted him: "Look!! Here comes the plane!!"

INSIDE THE PLANE'S COCKPIT...

"Is the money in place?", a voice said from a radio. "Yes ma'am", the pilot said. "Is Feral there too??", the voice asked. "Hmm, yes." "Do you see the Swat Kats??", "Yes..", the pilot said, a little confused. "Good... When you get the money, give T-bone this message...", the voice said, as she whispered the message to the pilot.

BACK ON THE GROUND....

The Swat Kats, along with Enforcers Officers, waited eagerly for the plane to make its move. "THIS IS COMMANDER FERAL!!! HERE IS THE MONEY YOU 'REQUESTED', PAID IN FULL." "GOOD!! AND THERE BETTER NOT BE ANY TRACKING DEVICES IN HERE, OR ANOTHER BUILDING WILL BE GOING DOWN", The pilot said, as a claw came down to pick-up the money. "AND T-BONE", she continued, "MY BOSS WANTS TO LET YOU KNOW, 'BETRAYAL WILL BE MET WITH SWIFT VENGEANCE, MY LOVE...'" After that "awkward" message was delivered, the jet took off like a bullet for parts unknown. "What do you think that was about buddy?", Razor asked T-Bone, little puzzled at what just happened. "I have no idea...", he said, puzzled the same. "Do you think that will the end of it Feral?", Mayor Manx asked. "It's never that 'easy' Mayor", he replied, a little annoyed.  "that's why I put my best man on the job of tracking them down."

BACK IN THE PLANE....

"Do you have the money?", the voice asked. "Yes ma'am", the pilot answered. "And the message??" "Umm, yes, it was delivered", she said, a little hesitant about it. "Good, then the first part of the plan is done. Now, on to the second part", the voice said. "Is one of Feral's flunkies following you yet?" "Yes ma'am; his niece Lt.'Felina' Feral is pursuing", the pilot said. "Excellent, she will be a most valuable prize; for me and for my revenge!!", the voice shouted.

ON THE GROUND....

While on the ground, Felina was tracking the plane in an Enforcers jeep, tailing it to the hideout. "I have the coordinates Uncle, they're at Mount.....", she tried to say but was cut-off by some guards shooting at her jeep. "Felina?? FELINA!?!?!?!?!?!!!!!", he shouted through the comm, but was answered only with static, as the guards had dragged her from the jeep to the their hideout.

BACK IN THE CITY....

Feral was in a rage at what happened to Felina, damaging his car, throwing trash cans, and growling like a wild animal. "ARGH!!! I never should've sent her alone!!", he said as he slammed his fists on to his car. "Commander, there was no way of knowing what she would have encountered out there", Callie said, putting her hand on his shoulder, trying to comfort him. "Thank you Ms. Briggs, but I must focus on finding Felina", Feral said, trying to seem that he was alright. "Is there any way to track her last position?", Feral asked, glaring at Lt. Steele. "Uh...umm....uh...." "WELL??" , Feral asked angrily. "Well sir, umm, we can't find her signal or pick-up the jeeps either..", Steele said. "Then I suggest that you find someone who can", Feral said, talking down to Steele. Callie then turned to Razor and asked him: "Can you guys find her?" "Yeah!! The Turbokat can pick up her signal, and track her to wherever she's being held", Razor responded confidently. "I'm going with you", Feral growled walking toward the nearest jet. "But Commander, with all due respect, it will be extremely dangerous", Steele tried to counter. Feral spun around to face him and said: "Mister, you don't know what dangerous is, but if you try to stop me, I'll be more than happy to show you." Steele backed away slowly, clearly shaken by Feral's display of fury. "Well?? What are you two waiting for?!?! We have to find my niece!!", Feral said, already in the Turbokat. "You heard the man Razor...", T-Bone said as they were preparing to launch. "Be careful", Callie said under her breath, as they jetted away to find Felina.

IN THE AIR....

"Can't you two try and fly this thing straight??", Feral said as the jet careened through the sky. "It would be a little easier if there was more room to maneuver with", T-Bone said. "ARE YOU TWO CALLING ME FAT?!?!?", Feral asked, in a rage. The two kats looked at themselves and said: "BINGO..."

AT THE MOUNTAIN HIDEOUT...

"Ugh, augh, ugh.... Where are you taking me?!?!", Felina bellowed down a corridor that her captors where taking her through. The two guards remained silent as they dragged her to their leader, who was waiting with anticipation. "Ah..... the famous 'Felina Feral', how good of you to join us", a voice said, coming from a chair turned away from Felina. "Who are you lady, and what do you want with me??", Felina yelled at the woman. "Ahh mein liebes Mädchen", the woman said as she got up from the chair, "My name is 'Turmoil', and you are to join my army!!". "Ma'am!!", a lieutenant said, interrupting Turmoil tirade, "There's a proximity alert at bottom of the mountain. Someone's here.." "Take a squad and go see what is going on down there!!", Turmoil said, as the lieutenant nodded and went. "Now... back to the matter at hand..."

OUTSIDE OF THE MOUNTAIN...

The Turbokat had just touched down a mile away from Mount Kaata, where Felina's last coordinates were. "Well, here's her jeep", Razor said. "There's nothing in here but her weapon", T-Bone said, examining the vehicle for clues. As Feral was looking around for anything that would help them find her, he noticed three sets of footprints on the ground. "Look!! Footprints!!" "Wait a minute, one set turns into drag marks. She must have been knocked out and taken away", T-Bone said. "Yeah, and look where they lead to", Razor said, pointing at the top of the mountain. "CATS ALIVE!!! It's a fortress!", Feral said. "That's no fortress, it's a hover carrier!!" "With a giant gun on top!", T-Bone ans Razor said respectively. "That must be where they took Felina..", Feral said, with a lite rage. "Yeah, and it looks like whoever took her is coming back to look for us", Razor said, noticing that a convoy of jeeps headed there way. "Great... Now what are we gonna do?", T-Bone asked. Razor turned to Feral and said: "Feral, take the Turbokat, go back to Megakat city and get us some help!" "Alright, but what about you two??" "Don't worry about us Feral; all we need is our wits, our glovatrixs, and the Cyclotron..", T-Bone said as Razor drove the Cyclotron out of the Turbokat, revving the engine twice. "Now get outta here Feral!! Before they spot you!!" Feral nodded as the canopy retracted and the jet launch into the skies. "Now what...?", T-Bone asked, watching the Turbokat race towards Megakat city. "Hope that Feral can get back here in time with some backup... Now help me move the Cyclotron to that hill over there and cover our tracks", Razor said, with the jeeps getting closer every minute. When the jeeps finally arrived, they found.... nothing. "Ma'am, there's nothing out here", one of the officers said on her comm link. "Scans said that something was out there, must have been a lizard or something", the lieutenant said. "However, we did see the Turbokat fleeing the scene", the officer said. "SWAT KATS!?!?!", Turmoil screamed over the comm, "How do they know where I.... Track them, and see were they're headed." "They're headed for the city", responded the officer. "Hmm, no doubt enlisting help from the Enforcers", Turmoil answered back. "Turmoil?!?!", T-Bone said, trying not to raise his voice. "How did that vindictive she-cat get outta jail??", Razor asked. "I don't know buddy, but she sounds like one angry dictator", T-Bone answered. "Yeah, do you think that she still has a little 'resentment' against you??", Razor asked. "And if you see those Swat Kats, exterminate them, with extreme prejudice...", Turmoil said darkly. "Oh yeah, she misses me somethin' awful Sureshot. Ol' T-Bone's still got the magic with the ladies", T-Bone said with a huge grin. "Yeah, and that kinda magic is going to get us killed", Razor smugly retorted. "Return to base now!! We need to mobilize against the Enforcers and the Swat Kats!!!", Turmoil shouted through the comm. As the convoy turned to go back to the mountain, Razor and T-Bone shadowed them from a safe distance. "Razor, following from a distance isn't gonna save us from their scanner. What are we going to do about that?", T-Bone asked. "With this!", he said as he flipped a switch, which activated the Cyclotron's new stealth mode. "Haha!! Alriigghhttt!!! Razor!! When did you have time to come up with this?" "I've been fiddling around with it for awhile now, and just needed a good reason to test it", Razor said as they closed in on the fortress. "Do you think that we could modify this for the Turbokat, or-or even for our glovatrix's?", T-Bone wondered. "Well, it still a long way from being adapted for the Turbokat, and it would be months before it could be used for a device that small", Razor explained. "Months huh?...", T-Bone wondered, scratching his chin thoughtfully...

AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE FORTRESS....

The Cyclotron raced its way to the entrance, trying to beat the rapidly closing door. As they barely made it to a corner of the hangar, hiding behind a few cargo containers, the duo nimbly leapt off the vehicle. Checking their equipment and slipping on their glovatrix's, the two set off for the nearest corridor. The passageway was full of piping and wires sticking out of loose panels. Overhead, the lights flickered on and off, adding to the lingering sense of unease and danger. Razor looked around and said: "This rustbucket is in dire need of repair." "Yeah, no kidding", T-Bone added. "It looks like she's been neglected for a long time; panels falling down, sparking wires, loose bulkheads...." "Enough sightseeing buddy, lets head for the bridge", Razor said, noticing that some officers were approaching.

APPROACHING THE BRIDGE....

"It should be up ahead", T-Bone said, sneaking along in the corridor. "Are you sure?", Razor asked. "Yes I'm sure. It may have been a while, but I know this place like the back of my hand", he said, nearing the bridge. As they stopped at a large closed doorway with the words 'Main Bridge' on it, Razor looked around to see where to enter from. An open panel above the door showed them where to go next. "Come on buddy, lets get climbing...", Razor said, launching a grappling hook to get up into the open space. As they crawled through the small space, they found themselves on a 'catwalk' (ha ha) above Turmoil and her loyal officers. "Let's hang up here for awhile, and see what they're planning", T-Bone said. On the ground, Turmoil and her large army of women were preparing for the coming onslaught from the Enforcers. "What is the status of the base?", Turmoil asked one of the lieutenant. "The main cannon is operating at maximum efficiency, the troops are ready to repel the coming forces, and Operation 'TIDAL WAVE' is a go." "Excellent...", she said with a crooked smile. "Operation 'TIDAL WAVE'?? I wonder what that's all about..", Razor whispered before getting tapped on the shoulder. "Not now T-Bone." But it wasn't him. He turned around and saw T-Bone, captured by a guard, with his hands in the air, while another one pointed a weapon in Razor's back and said: "Come on, up." The guards then led them both down to the bridge, much to Turmoil's liking. "Ahh.... T-Bone", she said before giving him a passionate kiss, after which, she slapped him. "How dare you come aboard my ship??" "It's not like you've been real hospitable about it", T-Bone replied, trying to wipe the kiss off his lips, while his hands were bound. "Do not test me, infidel....One false move, and I promise you, it will be your last!", she said to him, with a glare in her eyes. "I don't mean to get in between your little 'lovers spat', but I do a have a question", Razor said, trying to intervene on T-Bone's behalf, "What is a power base like this doing in the middle of nowhere??" "Well, we've been preparing this base to take on the defenses of Megakat City. You see, this is no mere land base, but my heli-carrier you so 'lovingly' shot down... I liberated it from Pumadyne, along with some other useful devices, to not only get my revenge against you beloved, but to gain control over the city as well!!", she explained. "Ugh!! You demented she-cat!! Do you really think that we'll let you get away with this?!?!", T-Bone yelled. "Of course I will!!" "Ma'am!! Multiple contacts approaching fast", one of the lieutenants announced. Just outside emerging from the clouds was the Turbokat, hurtling toward Turmoil's ship. But it wasn't alone. Just behind it was a huge battalion of chopper and jet forces, ready n' willing to back up Feral. "Ma'am, incoming message from the.... Turbokat?" "The Turbokat?!?! That's impossible!! The Swat Kats are already here!" "This is Feral!!! Give yourselves up now!!!", he said through the comm. "Feral?? So, you have enlisted the help of the Enforcers to capture me? No matter. Lieutenant send out the call", she said, confident in her chances. "Captain, take these prisoners away!" As the captain come up to haul them away, they looked to see that it was Felina. "Felina!!! It's us, T-Bone and Razor. You gotta help us", they said. She just stared at them with a blank look on her face. "Hahaha.... You fools, she's under my control, thanks to one of the....useful devices I acquired from Pumadyne. She is my slave!!", Turmoil said arrogantly. Then, after Felina was hauling the duo away, Turmoil turned to T-Bone, looking at him longingly, took him aside and told him softly: "You know, that offer still stands, for you to be my 'flight-commander.'" "Read my lips Turmoil: blow it out your...." "Fool!!", she yelled, casting him off with disgust. "Haul him away!!" "What?? All I was gonna say was 'ear'...", he said with a huge grin.

NEAR THE BRIG....

As they were being led to the brig, Felina told the two guards standing watch: "I'll take care of these two myself", after which, they left. She turned around to them, looked them in the eye and said: "Hey fellas, what took you so long??" T-Bone and Razor exchanged shocked looks. "It was an act?" Razor asked, confused as heck. "Yeah, apparently when I was undergoing the supposed 'mind control' process, there was a short in the machine that they didn't notice. So I just played along until either I could get out, or someone would help me take her down", she explained. "So then you must know what Operation 'TIDAL WAVE' is!", T-Bone said. "I do; and its not pretty...", she said. "She plans on getting her fortress in the air and to take it over city hall, where she'll use her giant sonic cannon to create a tidal wave like sonic energy blast to wipe out the entire city!!!" "Holy Cats!! We have to stop her!!", T-Bone exclaimed. "First we need to get back into the Turbokat to destroy the cannon!!", Razor said. "We need to get in touch with Feral. Felina, do you know where we can contact him?", T-Bone asked. "Yes, this way!!" shouted Felina.

IN THE COMM CENTER...

They reached the comm center, which was emptied for some reason, to contact Feral for a pick-up/drop-off: "Feral, come in Feral!! This is Razor, come in, over...", he said. "Feral here! I'm surprised you Swat Kats are still alive!", he answered. "Hey, give us some credit Feral, we survived you all these years", T-Bone retorted. "All kidding aside, we need the Turbokat back Commander", Razor said in a serious tone. "Alright, there'll be a chopper escort coming with me to pick me up. And is there any word on Felina's whereabouts??" "Right here Uncle! Good to hear from ya!!", Felina said. "Good, good...", he said with a sigh of relief in his breath. "I'll be there in about ten minutes" "Well meet you at the flag hangar, and be prepared to blast open the hangar doors when you get here!", Razor told him. "Roger!! Over and out!!" "Come on!! Lets get outta here, double time!!", T-Bone yelled. But as they were making their way to the hangar, the fortress started to shake. "What was that?", T-Bone asked. "It's the fortress, its beginning to take off!!", Felina said, as the ship started to shake more violently.

IN THE CORRIDORS....

As the ship made its way higher and higher into the sky, the trio got closer and closer to the hangar. Curiously, the corridors were clear of guards, indicating that they were either at command posts, or loading into fighters to repel the Enforcers. "Seems like smooth sailing from here Razor", T-Bone said, rather confidently.
"Just don't jinx us by saying that buddy", Razor replied.

IN THE HANGAR BAY....

As they entered, everything seemed fine, despite the chaos happening around them. "See, what did I tell you? Smooth sailing..." Until....: "You there!! Hands up!!", a guard said, with a few guards backing her up. "I told you T-Bone", Razor said. Just as the guards were moving in to arrest them, Feral arrived and blasted the doors open, knocking out the guards in the process. "Is everyone alright?", Feral asked, as he exited the Turbokat. "Yeah, we're ok Feral", T-Bone answered him. Feral went to Felina, stared for a moment and said: "I shouldn't have sent you by yourself Felina, it was too dangerous, and could've been a costly mistake." "You've trained me well Uncle, I can handle myself", she said, while giving him a hug. "I hate to ruin a touching family moment but... you know, giant fortress, plight of Megakat City??", Razor interrupted. "Right, uhh.... lets get into the chopper Uncle", Felina said, trying to be serious. The Swat Kats jumped up into the cockpit of the Turbokat, and began to takeoff. T-Bone pulled a 360 and darted towards the large hole in the blast doors. The thrusters ignited, launching them into the sky.

IN THE SKIES....

The Turbokat rocketed out of the hangar, soaring towards the battle at breakneck speed. "Looks like we're gonna see some action Hot-shot", Razor shouted. "Yeah, let's party!!!", T-Bone shouted back. A squadron of Turmoil's jets streaked past the canopy, lasers firing. T-Bone threw the Turbokat into a barrel roll to evade their fire. Razor followed up with one of his signature missiles as he said: "Deploying 'buzz-saw' missiles!" A horde of missiles launched from under the jet before they began racing towards Turmoil's fighters. The nose cones popped off revealing sharp, spinning blades underneath. As they made contact with the ships, the missiles instantly ripped through them, causing them to crash into the waters below. "Bingo!!", shouted Razor. They then swung around to help out some Enforcer jets shoot down more of Turmoil's squad on their way to her ship.

WHILE ON THE BRIDGE IN THE FLYING FORTRESS....

          "Ma'am, the Turbokat is heading towards us, closing fast", a
lieutenant shouted. "Activate defense clusters", Turmoil ordered.

BACK IN THE SKIES....

The exterior turrets began firing like crazy. The battlefield lit up with a hailstorm of lasers. "Razor!! Don't you have something to take care of those turrets Sure-shot??" "How about a Static-Wave missile??" "A what?", T-Bone asked. "Just give me a clear shot, and you'll find out..", Razor said. T-Bone flipped the Turbokat around and made another pass for the carrier. As he got closer, the turrets turned to focus on them. "It's all yours Sure-shot, go for it!!!", T-Bone called out. "Static-Wave missile, deploy!!!", Razor shouted, hitting its launch button. As the jet made a hard right, avoiding a collision with the massive ship, the missile kept cruising toward the bridge.

IN THE BRIDGE....

"Ma'am, there's a missile heading our way!! Look out!!", a lieutenant shouted before the missile impacted the hull. "Status report, NOW!!!!" "The turret defense grid is down, shields are down to 27 percent, and more than half of the fleet is disabled." Turmoil paced back and forth for a few moments, weighing her remaining options. "What are our coordinates?" "We're right over city hall." "Excellent...ready the weapon, and fire when it's fully charged", she said as she started to walk away. "Ma'am, where are you going?" "To make sure that this weapon fires...", she said as the doors closed.

OUT IN THE SKIES....

The Turbokat was racing toward city hall, while the Enforcer fleet was busy fighting Turmoil's fighter jets. "We're making a run for the weapon; Feral, can you provide us with some cover?", T-Bone radioed over the comm. "Unfortunately not Swat Kats. We've got our hands full with these fighters. Sorry I can't offer any assistance." "Don't worry about it Feral, we've survived worse", Razor said warily. "At least I hope we survive this..." As the Turbokat was moving into position to intercept the weapon before it fired, Turmoil dropped from the clouds, engines roaring through the air, in her own fighter. She opened fire on the Turbokat, launching an onslaught of missiles like a madwoman, trying to protect her weapon. "Ugh..Razor!!! How are we supposed to stop her?? She keeps firing off missiles like the fourth of July!!!" Every attempt they had at getting closer to the weapon was thwarted by Turmoil's fighter. "Its getting ready to fire!! Razor!?!" "Make another pass, I have an idea", Razor said. "What idea is that?!?!", he shot back. "Remember that missile I was working on??" "Yeah?" "Well, lets give it a test run!!" As the engines roared as the jet swung around for another run at the weapon, you could slightly hear an inspired melody in the background. "Hey Razor, do you hear something?" "It might be just feedback from the controls, don't worry about it..", he said. They went in fast, hoping to catch Turmoil off guard. But as she was getting ready to block their attack, Razor sprung his trap. "Flare missile, deploy!!!!" The missile was released from the underside, engaging its thrusters. As it hurtled toward Turmoil's fighter, she shot at the casing, releasing a large number of smaller cloistered warheads. The warheads swarmed like insects, guided to Turmoil's ship. As they detonated on contact with her ship, crippling it in the process, she had no choice but to eject and watch as the Swat Kats lined up for one final shot. "You only have one chance at this sure-shot; make it count..." "One shot is all it takes", he replied. The weapon charged up with massive amounts of energy, preparing to fire. "I got a special treat for you", Razor said, prepping the next shot. "Razor, take the shot!!!", T-Bone yelled, as they neared the cannon. It was about to fire when Razor said: "Time to finish you off with a P.O.M.!!!" "A what??" "A 'plain old missile'!!!!" The missile sailed straight for the center of the cannon, hitting it right as the cannon was firing. The blast caused a chain reaction that backfed into the main reactor, causing it to explode. Throughout the ship you can hear the evacuation order blaring: "All hands, abandon ship!! All hands, abandon ship!!" As the crew jumped overboard, and the ship started to plunge into the ocean, Turmoil screamed and shouted as she was falling down to waiting Enforcers units: "NOOOO!!!! NOT AGAIN!!!!!!" With that, the ship sank to the bottom of Megakat Harbor.

A FEW HOURS LATER, AT MEGAKAT HARBOR....

As Turmoil and her remaining forces were carted off to a waiting maximum security facility, a news van arrived on the scene. "Deputy Mayor, Commander Feral!!! Ann Gora, Katseye News.. Ms Briggs, what is the current situation on the 'Turmoil' crisis??" "We have Turmoil in custody, and her troop carrier has been disabled", she summarized. "And what about the city's money, as well as Lieutenant Feral?", asked Ann. "I can answer that, Ann. The money has been recovered and returned to the treasury, and Lt. Feral is safe", Commander Feral said as he stepped in. "So are we to credit the Enforcers for Turmoil's capture??" "No Ann, not this time...", he said grudgingly. "Well Commander, if not the Enforcers, then who?", Ann asked. Just then, the Turbokat roared overhead, climbed back into the sky, and sailed off toward the horizon. "Well, I guess there's your answer Ann...", Callie said. "Well then, Megakat City has been saved yet again, by those amazing Swat Kats" "This has been Ann Gora, Katseye News, Reporting live from Megakat Harbor, saying good night, good news, and thank you to the Swat Kats", said Ann as she concluded the broadcast while Chance and Jake watched it on their tv. "Well, Turmoil's back in jail, the city has its money, and Feral will be steaming about this for weeks... I think that's a job well done!!", Jake said, as he grabbed some milk from the fridge. "Yeah, buddy. I can't wait to do it all again tomorrow", Chance shot back with a laugh. But no sooner did Chance finish speaking, the alarm went off. Jake rushed over to the comm panel, pressing the button. "Yes Miss Briggs?" "Swat Kats, we need you downtown right away!!!", Callie said over the comm. "Never a dull day is it, pal?", said Jake. "Not for us, buddy. Let's go...", Chance replied. As they suited on their gear, and leapt into the cockpit of the Turbokat, you could see a grin from ear to ear on their faces, knowing that they love their jobs as they zoomed off to whatever would await them.....
