Yes it does. Just use the custom bg code code from here: cyphervisor.deviantart.com/art…
And then copy the text color code of your choice and replace the "Body text here" part of the custom bg code. It should work fine.

Hello !
Sorry for bothering but I want to find out how to fix a problem in my page !
I used the red colored text and it works perfect when I have the letters in a content holder box !
But I wanted to remove the content holder box and just make the background white and the letters red to suit with my new favorite journal skin ( which you made it and it's awesome, thank you ! ) !
But when I do that, the letters are getting covered by the custom box background
Is there any way to fix this?
