-Autumn Lights-sitting in this empty room,
watching the shadows on my ceiling,
thinking of you and your horrible hurt,
you bruised our trust,
and mangled our friendship,
so now i'm sitting in this empty room,
watching the light from the window,
make shapes on the wall,
contemplating how i am going to survive at all,
now that you've torn me into pieces,
the way you always do,
yet still i long for your attention and your approval,
you make me bleed,
though i cover my scars,
you see me weep,
but think you've caused no harm,
i can't stand your lies,
so i've decided to put you out of my concience,
as i sit and watch the clouds roll by,
and look for the autum lights to free my mind.
