Description
the cold breeze grazed your face,
as we walked slowly,
o so slowly, stared into each others eyes,
dazed,
we stood atop a fallen tree,
we held our hatchets tight,
i watched a tear trickle down your face,
i longed to wipe away,
you whispered in my ear, and i screamed when i heard those three small words,
what a coward you were,you don't say goodbye like this,
you begged me to stab you first, so i gave you two wacks, watched you fall to the ground, and i gave you twelve more,
i kissed your cheeks and bid you goodnight before i set on my way,
and you laughed in horror,
i ran faster as i heard you screaming my name,
i ran to my room,
crawled in the shadows,
and watched my old scars bleed,
wiped your blood from the hatchet onto my arms,
to fuse us as one, to remind me of what i had done,
set the hatchet next to our picture,
before i ended my own life with needles, a rope and my ceiling fan, the breeze still flows through my empty room and our blood still stains the carpet.
