memories they fade,battered wings, they break,
ghouls of my past continue to suffocate my future,
they stare, they laugh in my face,
the world keeps slipping,
my world keeps falling from me,
water fills my lungs,
as acid plagues my organs,
this brutal torture always seems to win,
this masquarade never seems to end,
my decaying cells match my hatred,
i can't help but give in,
all i can see is the wretched vibrant glow,
i can't see the light in anyone, anything, anyplace,
