Description petals in the wind,
falling through the empty space in my heart,
we're both swimming in this pool of self pity,
make me stronger,
make me wiser,
help me understand,
why i can't chase away these feelings of loss,
take my hand,
push and pull but please don't drag me down,
follow me it seems i've found a reason,
with great hunger the glowing light fades,
the air in my lungs falls flat,
and i sink,
take my hand,
make me comprehend,
make me pull away from my pain,
make me understand,
why i'm still swimming in my sorrow.
