to me love is just a word
not an emotion
not a feeling
love
for me, has no meaning
love
i havent heard that in such a long time
i'm caged by the shadows of my past
my past with just a word
only but a word is love
for me love can't be described
with me love is always denied
i can't let love into my heart
for my heart does not know love
how would i reconize love
when all i know of love is my own ignorance with it
so bewilder my ignorance
tell me
teach me
for what is love?
i want to learn to give and receive love
i don't want to be caged by a future of shadows
a future with just a word
so give me love
