Hooray for pictures that take forever ! Hope you guys like it !

One by one, Melody and Riley led the family out to the pasture. They don't do this quite often because usually they separate the mares and stallions but with supervision, the family could be let out together.

Bee went out first, assuming her position in a spot where she could watch all of her babies. Cappy came in next and with his ears pinned back, he went all the way to the back corner of the pasture. Lady trotted out to the middle and made sure she was close to mom. Viv threw her head as she galloped inside to meet the others, coming to an abrupt stop to sniff a little fluttery creature. Iam just about fell over galloping and bucking into the pasture and behind him came Dictator who minded his own business.

The family enjoyed each other company, munching on sweet grass while a chorus of flies buzzed around them. The air was fresh, not a scent of the suburbs could be smelled. Bee would often lift her head after every other bite of grass, just to make sure all of her little ducklings were in check and there was no danger around.

In the afternoon the horses were separated and taken inside. They seemed much more relaxed and they had a bit of pep in their step from seeing their family. They returned to their stalls, ever so often calling to each other to make sure they were still there. It was comforting to have their family around them!
