Description Second WIP photo for this one [link]

You could say, i'm two thirds done with the background. Not bad for first time painting buildngs in perspective, I think

I'm still trying to figure out how to scan the thing when it's finished. It's A2 and I use gold acrylic paint at some parts and am afraid the scanner will kill it

This one's going to the scraps as well when I upload the finished version.

I really like this one, it seems that you put much effort into it.
I would love to see the finished Version. Am i to blind to find it or did you never finish it?

you will always lose some color information when scanning but you can always do some post-processing on pc. if you create adequate lighting, you can simply take a photo of the painting. it's a method people use in digitization of big images like maps or such. i had a digitization course on college

Yes, you're right, and I usually do. My only problem with this one are the light effects. I think I will scan it and also try to take a photo with adequate light conditions and upload both if it works. Now I just need to find time to finish it.

Yes the pantles.. I mean half-pantsed.. eee The Man-Who-Sleeps-on-the-Roof! A wonderful choice of colours for the city of Lether and splendid detailed work over those buildings (as well as the river).
I hope it won't sound sarcaristic (too much) but the unfinished work is adequate to the topic: Tehol's pants weren't complete, his chair and ladder lacked a few parts, He and Bug lacked food, So even if the work lack's finishing it's like their house... something always is missing. But without those it seems to look even better....

Thank you Wasn't sure about the colours.. I just used the colours that felt right when I started colouring, although I didn't imagine the Eternal Domicile in this colours before.
