Vista mouseover icon effect for XP.
Gives 48x48 icons (along with ViStart) and the blue hover effect (6 backgrounds included) from Vista.
I found this trick, and didn't take any ideas from any other place. Rather, (I may be wrong) this has not been done till now.

Disadvantages of my method is that it's less similar to the original Vista selection box than Yours, width of every box depends on the label lenght :/ and it must be really transparent where the icon is (IconX covers the icon with the box).
Advantages is that You don't have to make another icon along with the label to make it work, it works with mouse-over also, not only when the item is selected, and last but not least, there's no need to create docklets

Duplicate R-Bins? Try just deleting it from your desktop using the Registry.
Unless you want it. It just looks like you're having a "hang-up".
I have that problem sometimes while using TaskSwitch2 or Vistart.
It's probably just a mere program conflict error.

Sorry, I didn't quite understand what you wanted to say. Maybe you meant how to have other icons than the three included? If so, you can easily add a new desklet. Just make an image with the required icon and text and you are done! If you meant something else, maybe some images could help?
