Sin-shumu-lishir (or Sin-shum-lishir), was a usurper king of a part of the Assyrian empire during 626 BC.
According to the inscription of Ashur-Ethel-Ilan "great eunuch Assyria" Sin-shumu-lishir suppressed with the help of his personal army revolt governor of the city. Sin-shumu-lishir as "the king of Assyria" led the fight against Nabopolassar, rose in revolt in Babylonia.

I was going to say, this looks like its from the era of the Babylonians. The purple dye and gold jewelry is a bit of a giveaway along with the style of the circlet on her head. And the purple gem on her bracelet is a nice touch.
