That...that is one scary demon. The face on him is horrifying. Usually I see angry demons like this, but that grin and the gaze in his eyes make him seem a lot of intimidating. Great work!

The effects are very cool. The head feels a little overdone though (too many horns and the upper face doesn't look that great to me). Outside of the head, it's a very impressive piece.
