I wanted to practise painting background the other day so I did dave in his room casually messing with his camera. I liked it enough to post here waoao.also I fixed some stuff to those who have seen it before.

The colours are astounding and the lighting is really what makes this piece. I adore Dave's hair here and how mundane the scene you've captured seems - really just a boy in his room, maybe testing out a new camera

this is beautiful. His room feels like a real city kid's room, with the unmade bed and the stuff strewn on the desk. Dave's pose is great, too; he's got this relaxed, casually bored vibe going on, but at the same time he looks small and vulnerable in the composition of the picture, surrounded by empty space. The way his hair flops back is a neat touch, and the colors you've used to suggest late afternoon sunlight are lovely.
