Description
Born from the same experiment, Angeal and Genesis grew up together, under the blue apple trees. Genesis was a failure - being implanted with Jenova's cells just after being born, his body never fully accepted the modifications, which resulted in it degrading. Angeal, on the other hand, was perfection - implanted with Jenova before being born. His body was stable and his strength was angelic. Despite for inhuman strength, both original one-winged angels were psychically very weak.
Perfection was made to grow in strength and shine as a great soldier, while failure was destined to die.
Contrary to their destiny though, it was Genesis who received salvation, and Angeal who decided to end his own life.
