Ok, here's my small c+c:
1. The ribbon needs to look more realistic - right now it looks too fake. Try making the ribbon look more loose and natural (it is too stiff). *You just need to fix the last left (looking from straight on) part of the ribbon. Try placing it more southwards, it would make it look more natural.
Besides that one minor detail, I think it looks good. Good luck!!

lol yeah i know. i had a hard enough time making it in the first place, that is actually the first time i painted on something. i tried it loose, but it really came out even more un-natural. I think i just need to practice more in this style of art, or i need more talent. lol thanks for commenting though

On a technical side of things, I think that there is a bit too much shadow underneath the arms. Also they are airbrushed just a bit too much. They are too blurred and sort of defeats of the concept of the photo: realism or a realistic belief. Also I would suggest adding a bit of shine or light reflection to the bow. It just seems like it's a red line of paint that you have put on the image. Especially right on top of the wrist of the man with the suit on. It's not wide enough in my opinion there. I think with a little bit of work that this image could be brilliant and have a fighting chance of winning in the competition!

Alright, much much better. I really love what you did with the hands and made them much more like a photograph. They just seem so much more empowering now and strong. Something that I think really needs to be portrayed with a topic such as this. The ribbon still bothers me though. I think it's too prominent but I do enjoy how you have the shading of the indents on the hand. I mean, how the ribbon curves around the hands and the like. I would suggest shading the edges of the ribbon more. It would give it more depth and not so much of a shiny feeling. You really improved this piece greatly!
