Ah, but speaking of patreon - I'm currently working out a "Reward Point" system where, while you receive points for pledging, you can also earn points for other stuff, even if you can't pledge. (for example you get points for being active/ giving feedback (you're able to fav/ comment on public posts even without pledging), for helping me with stuff, etc)
Among other rewards, you can use your points to get access to stuff, or ask for posts to be made public and so on.
I've got a few ideas I want to try as well - for example I just switched to CUF, so, depending on whether I can purge all traces of my payment info from an account after paying, I might even be able to give out a "free" subscription for a month, or something like that (we'll see if it's possible)
Oh, AND (and you're the first person I'm telling this btw) I'm planning to temporarily switch everything on my patreon to "public" for 24h on valentines day :'3
