that doesn't surprise me. modling that transformation sequence is both an interesting challenge, and something far easier done with pieces that were intended to be mechanism components in the first place.
I was more thinking how much of the transformation could actually be modeled in a smaller version though. not sure I have the right parts to test it right now.
