Digital Painting Animated GIF commission for KleoKatra96 of their character!I had so much fun drawing this character! I loved drawing her dragon wings! ^^
I tried to make it look a little more 3D by adding movement to the mountains, I don't think it made a big difference though.

How did you get the fur to go all wibble wobble

I painted it in Photoshop and added effects to it in After Effects! The fur on the neck/chest was a separate layer, so I applied the wave warp effect to get it to be wavy!
