not sure, i think I heard of a skin editor for vista where you could make your own, but itd be as time consuming as all hell. if i had vista id port it.

Oh. this reminds med of Milk, Milk Redux and Chocholate Milk. Miss those actually. Use Vista nowadays. Seems like a really nice skin.
