This helps. I gave up the last time I drew a column and only ended up detailing the bottom third of it.

Unfortunately the books are now sold out, but we’ll be returning to Kickstarter for a very limited time with our books later this year - this will be your only chance to get them - to be on our Kickstarter secret launch club mailing list send "Add Me, Lorenzo!" to etheringtonbrothers@yahoo.co.uk and you’ll get a message when the campaign launches, before we announce it anywhere online.
If you've joined any of our mailing lists before, you're already on it!
Huge cheers for your interest in the books!

Nice presentation look, really pops, neat and relaxed looking.
Maybe its just me but ive got the impression that its about working the percieved volume of the flat canvas/paper/screen not necessariely just through columbs? (I usually work it by abstract patterns but after viewing your deviation im inspired to try some real objects)
I like it 👍

Not only stone columns, but arches too. This will help when I'm trying to draw scenery.
