Had this idea for a while now... Unfortunatly it didn't come out the way I wanted T___TAnyway, If you can't tell, it's suppose to be my character slowly sinking underwater while wings suddenly burst.
It's bleh I know lol! Quite plain, and her head is too big. I had alot of trouble trying to make it look like she's underwater. *ran all over the house looking for referance lol!*
Originally inspired by a part song called "Revolution" from this Taiwanese band called "F.I.R." *XD Love their songs! The vocalist of the band has such a nice voice

EDIT: (her name is Trinity in case you dunno lol because some people have asked) And I want to mention that another reason why I don't like this picture is because there's nothing in it that strikes my attention T___T lol!...oh well... I'll just have to keep trying

to begin with i knew that she was falling under the water...the wings i realized that was what they were when i read your comentary...it does look great and the head is not too big. you did a awesome job. dont criticize yourself so much.

The water makes it look like a stop time sorta thing or a slow-mo thing you'd see in an anime show with sad music and such. Very cool theme, it gives you something to go home with

i think that's pretty cool! The background is nice i love the colours. She looks like drowning into water! well that's what i think
and if you wnated to catch attention with this picture maybe you should have make her wear a necklace with a big ruby/saphir any precious stones that shine XD... I thinkn it would have been nice you know the necklace a bit under her as if the precious stone was pulling her down to the depth of the ocean.............. well maybe im just stupid ^^''

I like it a lot, but I think that for a sinking effect you could try having more space around her, to emphasize she isn't just in a bathtub or something. But I dunno, I like it.

I think it's pretty well composed, but that's just me. I'm not very well versed in CG arts quite yet. I'm working at it though!
Maybe you could have made drawn her whole body, smaller against a large BG of water that gets really dark towards the bottom, to make the whole drowning thing a bit more dramatic, if you wanted a peaceful drift to the bottom.
But I must say the wings are a nice touch. I heart the transluscent feathers.

This looks serene~ The whole scene that is. As soon as I looked at it, and even the title helped, I remember watching this Final Fantasy video, the person mixed the different series FMVs together, and the person used the song "Drowning" by BSB. Anyway, I remembered watching this scene from Final Fantasy 7...where Cloud layed Aerith's body in the middle of a lake(?). But it was a really sad, touching scene...So somehow, this pic reminded me of it a lot. This is really a wonderful job done~

not too expressive, I think you should give some effect on the hair so it looks like flowing on the water
