Had this idea for a while now... Unfortunatly it didn't come out the way I wanted T___TAnyway, If you can't tell, it's suppose to be my character slowly sinking underwater while wings suddenly burst.
It's bleh I know lol! Quite plain, and her head is too big. I had alot of trouble trying to make it look like she's underwater. *ran all over the house looking for referance lol!*
Originally inspired by a part song called "Revolution" from this Taiwanese band called "F.I.R." *XD Love their songs! The vocalist of the band has such a nice voice

EDIT: (her name is Trinity in case you dunno lol because some people have asked) And I want to mention that another reason why I don't like this picture is because there's nothing in it that strikes my attention T___T lol!...oh well... I'll just have to keep trying

I think it's very, very pretty. I think the water looks fine, so you did your research/search for a reference really well. I also like her wings and her outfit and everything, as usual. Ferus-sama has already pointed out the head, but I don't think it's as bad as you think it is. Wonderful job!

Ne, drawing a body on this angle would be hard for me... XD but you pulled it off perfectly! I love the effects you used too~ It really does make it seem like it's underwater. :3 The only thing I can find to pick at (which is really just an opinion anyways) is that i think the water should have more little particles and bubbles to make it seem more realistic. *shrug* I always love how you do wings too, they have such an intricate design to them.

hmm, i don't really think it's plain. simpler than some of the stuff you usually do, but i think that for some pictures, simple is good, and this one falls under that category. 
i think the wings are gorgeous though; i like how they're just a simple mass of feathers connecting at her back and how they curve around her body and get larger and larger. a unique take on wings
