I know this feeling all to well too, unfortunately. The drawing convavays the emotion perfectly, I like how it's so brightly lit instead of being dark, which I think is the direction most people would have gone with a similar drawing.

I feel ya... I've been quite lonely for some time now. I don't actually have any friends in real life, and only a few on here... Although I always try to friendly and float around, socialising with many people, I wish at least some people gave me the same support back. :,(

I can relate, though I do have a handful of people I know offline, but it does feel that I'm almost always having to initiate contact with them- it's hard and it can make you feel pretty lonely.Ā And I hear you on the latter part; it's never easy to be taken for granted and in my case, I stopped trying for the longest time and pretty much became a shut-in, which only adds onto the whole feeling isolated.Ā But if anything, it's taught me how to really appreciate and hold onto the people who do reciprocate and that it's important to keep trying, even if the majority just don't seem to care too much.Ā
Besides, a handful of close friends are far better than a multitude of people you're only loosely affiliated with.Ā I hope things start to pick up for you.Ā

I couldn't have said all that better myself. It's just difficult because I don't really have any leads that my link me to new people, not to mention some social anxiety into the mix. :/
But it is nice to just see messages of people who can relate, and then give me hope.

Im sure you already know this, but still: Once you start thinking about it, it will always haunt you for the rest of your days. You will always doubt about it and you will be fighting it until the day you find yourself searching for the cold solitude.
I know the feeling and even though I dislike it, I end up loving it for what it has done to me, for the strenght it gave me and the passion to continue everyday.

yeah thats extremely hard to find in my city, marinette wisconsin. everybody is mean or boringly normal and they all refuse to accept my difference, even if they are different themselves. i got bullied so bad this one day i cried for the rest of the day. i wish there were more people like me close by...Ā
