I fnd it interesting how you've highlighted the degree of his obsession with his posture, rather than focussing on his facial expression. It's very different, and you've pulled it off superbly.

That's a good question. The original title that I had in mind was "Death by dA: The Penciller". I was thinking of doing a series about the insanity brought into us by deviantART, or at least to people who can relate to me about having a major addiction to the arts since joining. So that means I had plans to draw photographers, digital artists, painters, etc.
But whan I was doing the background shading (I wanted it to be dark to highlight the insanity), the shape looked like a rat, and I thought that was a more appropriate title. (Plus I worried that I might not be able to commit myself in doing the Death by dA series)
...and so sorry for the super late reply. I've noticed lately that some comments and replies do not register in my messages. Good thing I was re-reading the comments today.

kinda reminds me of Mikami Teru from Death Note when he was writing down the names of Kira's enemies at the end of the series...
ANYWAYS, great shading (as always), but you really captured the insane feel of the character, with the messy hair, bent fingers, eyes and mouth open, and i also noticed the twisted left ankle...nice touch.
