I don't know that I'm a very good teacher! O_O
I was self taught growing up, and took no schooling for art.
These days I read books on how to draw and watch tutorials on Youtube.

I don't have any Youtube videos myself, but I primarily use Manga Studio 5 as an art program on my Surface Pro. I feel like its more geared toward art and easier to use than something like Photoshop. And I use Procreate on my iPad Pro. I used to work with pencil and marker a lot, but I'm almost all digital these days.
