Description
A literacy class assignment I had was to read a childrens novel and "respond" to it. I chose "The Princess and the Goblin". How I choose to respond was to think what I'd be if I were in that book's world. I figured I'd probably be a scribe or artist, thus I produced a "documentation" of how the scribe-me would record the goblins for the royal archives.

I had to research the olden ways of writing, and the image portion towards the bottom is more of my style. Started to run out of steam by that point.

Lots of fun and I figured I'd post a traditional piece, since I haven't done so for ages.
