The lower half is her endo mouth. The upper half is cracked up, and she's lost her brows.

I can make out endoskeleton with her suit's scalp and her left eye.
And she's missing her left foot?

As I have remarked a couple of times, she NEVER had endo feet. Nor hands. In her blueprints, her hands and feet are empty of endo parts, that are clearly seen in the rest of her body. 

So she's missing her suit's foot, and she never had anything inside.
