I've been wanted to draw this scene for ages! And I love how it came out. Apart from the background. Sorry it's so crap I done it so lazily XD The dens look so retarded :T
Now I think everyone can agree that at this point Rainflower was being heartless and selfish. I don't think anyone could like her when she done this?? It really hit me in the feels when I read how mean she was to Crookedkit, and how she was willing to give up her mate just so she could have things her way. Shellheart is also crying a bit because he still loved her.. it was really sad. Freaking Rainflower, she had a pretty name but was so cruel to her own kit.

He's one of my favorite leaders, too. Hmm, I have a neutral feeling about Mapleshade. As much as she is creepy and evil, I don't understand why she went to the dark forest in the first place. Though I haven't read Mapleshade's Promise or whatever her e book is callled.

You do realize she abandoned Stormkit and renamed him Crookedkit just because he broke his jaw and wasn't her "handsome little warrior" anymore? Kits will play and will be kits and accidents happen, which is something Rainflower obviously forgot.
