My first, and probably only, Overwatch OC

She was originally created for an Art Exam project and her pose and legs are heavily based off of a like lizard wizard? that I saw in google search so if you happen to know who made that or where it is plz tell me so I can give proper credit!

Background/Bio: Echo started her life in a Greek Lab. The scientists were trying to create a mythical creature, the Sphinx. Like with most people trying to play "God", or "Mother Nature", she ended up a failure. She could not fly on her own because her wings were very frail, so they rebuilt her wing bones with titanium and replaced the tendons with cables and wires. At a young age, she started vocalizing her feelings to her human caretakers. The decibel that her vocalization would reach during normal conversation was varying between 80-110. Now that was pretty loud, and her screams when she was upset, were even louder. Because they needed to keep her for future study, they severed her vocal cords. She lived throughout her teenage years in silence, until Talon raided the Lab. Before the team located her, Sombra found her file. All of her traits, her skills, her permanent injuries, were open to the entire team. Moira saw potential in her, so she hatched a plan. They located Echo and promised her her voice back, and she willingly went with them. Now she works alongside Talon, a scout and a very useful, rare, and well, loud, weapon.

Melee Attack: While on the ground, she kicks out with her talons / While in the air, she strikes with her tail / While grasping someone, she claws with her hands
Piercing Shriek (Right Trigger): Releases a shriek at around 160 decibels, inflicting damage to those in a cone-shaped pattern. Breath meter must recharge completely after a shriek of 1.5 seconds, while attacking with short bursts the breath meter will recharge normally. Damage inflicted depends on how far away you are from Echo. (full recharge from empty is 3 seconds)
Fly/Land/Dive (Left Trigger): Echo takes to the air (if originally on the ground) and can fly continuously until her Energy meter runs out. As she flies, the longer she is in the air, the slower she flies. When her Energy meter is fully depleted, she moves as slow as a crouched walk. When close to the ground or out of energy, activating this will make her land back on the ground, at a moderate pace. When high in the air, with acceptable energy, she will dive to the ground causing minimal damage to those in close vicinity (Energy meter depletes in 10 seconds)

Wing Current (Right Bumper): Echo beats her wings, strongly, once and pushes nearby enemies back. Recharge 5 seconds

Talon Grasp (Left Bumper): While in flight, Echo can grasp an enemy with her talons, the enemy will be stunned and unable to fight back. She is only able to hold them for 3 seconds at a time. While an enemy is in her grasp, she cannot shriek, but she can melee. After three seconds, she will drop the enemy back to the ground. Echo can also pick up teammates, but for 5 seconds at a time. Recharge 10 seconds
Nesting (Passive): When crouched and not disturbed for 2 seconds, Echo will begin to heal, but she cannot heal her wings if damaged. She will fall asleep, if she is hit, she will stand back up and if you press anything she will wake up
Siren's Call (Ultimate): Echo emits a 190-decibel cry that paralyzes all surrounding enemies (Does not affect turrets or sentries) Lasts 3 seconds unless canceled or interrupted

Extras: When in flight, the enemy team can shoot her wings, if they knock both out, she will fall to the ground and not be able to fly unless healed by a support character or a med pack. When hacked by Sombra, Echo's wings will malfunction and she won't be able to fly until the hack wears off
