HERE'S THE LA TUTORIAL THAT I STARTED LIKE 410, 934, 732, 809 YEARS AGO. But it's finished now.
Once you have both frames, save them IN SEPARATE FILES. Then use Photoshop or whatever to make the background transparent, and upload the first frame to Ezimba.com and then go down to 'frame animation', upload the second frame, and down the bottom, select '1/10', and for the loop count, select 'infinite'.

Actually, if you check the comments, I said you should use Photoshop to make the background transparent. xD But yeah. It always annoyed me you couldn't make things transparent in Paint. D:

Ok, i've managed to make it transparent on Iaza but now i'm having a few problems trying to put it as avatar on a new account as it says it can't autosize or something like that. But i really haven't had time to try and solve it, if i see im stuck ill tell you, thanks

Ahh, I see. o: Are your two frames the same size? You need to make sure your first la position is the same dimensions as your other one, and so the entire file is all the same size. :3

hmmm u.u the problem im having is puting it as an avatar. I manage to do the file with the la moving in the correct size and everything, but when i uploading it as an avatar, it says it cant resize the la sprite, which i dont understand

Who is Teto? o: I'm wondering what the things coming out of the head are too. I think the palette is a bit too light. You should try spacing out the shades so they get darker quicker. ^^ Also, the features you add to a la sprite are not really meant to move with the arms. But oh well. xD It takes a bit of getting used to. What you have to do is make sure the dimensions of the picture are 50x50 otherwise it won't work, and it shouldn't be too large, considering it's a small file. o:

Thanks. I think it looks better with the hair moving though. Also the things coming out of her head are her "twin drill hair". Kasane Teto is an Utau and basically sings alot of songs for other people. You can make her sing if you get her voicebank for Utau. Teto is 31 but since shes a chimeria only half those years count so she 15.5. I hope this helps!

No worries at all! I'm glad it's useful to you.
I would suggest darkening the outlines so that they're more prominent, and try not to pillow shade (which means shading from the darkest part along the outside and shading lighter as you go in), which is what it looks like you've done. But good job, nonetheless. ^^

You create a palette. o: You just go to Colour > Edit Colours... and then click 'Define custom colour' and drag the cursor thing around till you get the right red you want, and then from there you get a lighter one and an even lighter one (or darker) until you have the right amount of shades.
