HERE'S THE LA TUTORIAL THAT I STARTED LIKE 410, 934, 732, 809 YEARS AGO. But it's finished now.
Once you have both frames, save them IN SEPARATE FILES. Then use Photoshop or whatever to make the background transparent, and upload the first frame to Ezimba.com and then go down to 'frame animation', upload the second frame, and down the bottom, select '1/10', and for the loop count, select 'infinite'.

I kinda briefly described in the author's comments, but you make the two frames, and then save them as separate files. Then you use [link] and click on 'frame animation' and add the two images, and select what it says in the author's comments.
