2022 update: cleaned this bad boy up

I noticed people getting confused when drawing this tired man, so I added another view for what's underneath the armor to show how his hands transition to the rest of his body. I've also adjusted a few other things and added more information to hopefully make everything easier to understand. He still has his second outfit, I'm just moving that information to the outit refs I'm planning on doing.

The main thing I would like to make note of is that Echaro dyes his feathers while assassinating. I don't show it in the main turnaround to show off his normal feather coloration, but when the mask is on, his feathers are always dyed.

Echaro

Basics:
His full name is apparently Echaro toh Kahri
36 years old and 6'6" (198 cm)
He's spent the last 7 years of his life assassinating in the name of justice
His proficiencies are with stealth and knives
Personality:

Echaro is an assassin who wears the face of Justice and murders in spite of said Justice. To those he isn't killing, he seems soft spoken and polite. To those he is, he's cold and unforgiving. Few people truly know who he is under the mask. Hell, he doesn't know either. Honestly, at this point, he's just staying alive until something or someone finally kills him.

The False Amahri:*

"The false Amahri? Yes of course I've heard of him. He's a menace to anybody who's made a bad name for themself. They say he was an avid Amahri disciple who turned against him after being wronged by the God he praised. Now he goes about murdering anyone he deems evil with the very face of Amahri as some twisted sense of selfish justice. Well, he did, anyways. I haven't heard of one of his 'spectacles' in several years. Either he's gotten more private with his murders or he's finally rotting dead... heh. He may revel in his kills while he's alive, but once Amahri finally gets to him, do you think he'll still celebrate?"

Mannerisms:
Has a very intense stare, but tends to avoid eye contact
If he talks, his tone and expressions are always muted
Walks and runs toe first, as all skayven do
Other information:

Very quick and agile. Knows how to make a quick getaway in any location
He taught himself how to draw, and uses that to help identify target
