Looks:
Full name is Esther Alaire, but do NOT call her Esther.
She's 27 years old and 6'0" (183cm) tall
Her main weapon appears to be a wand
Personality:

Upon first meeting she wears a soft, muted expression, and to underestimate her because of it is a mistake. If angered, something she is quick to, she shows her true colors. She's vicious, determined to get her way. If you stand in that way she will cut you down by whatever means necessary.

Story Summary:

She is after the pendants and fought Zakieus and Aradite to try and steal the moon pendant from them. In doing so, she received a scar from Rowan. Her partner in crime is a man named Alistair, and it seems she does not respect him and considers him to be "half-witted."

Mannerisms:
Tends to look like she's concentrating
She clenches her teeth while talking, and in general has small, less exaggerated expressions
She rolls her eyes. A lot.
Blue has a graceful and upright posture, trying to look as tall as possible all the time
