life feels likes it's in a holding pattern.
while i've at least been motivated to make some art, that's been about the only thing ive been motivated to do.

i hear that...i've been hit or miss on the creating end...ideas hit but only when i'm away from the supplies...
alot has been going on...trashed the volvo two weeks ago - but i walked away and that's all that matters...picking up new volvo tomorrow...
i may be smelling a long-weekend road-trip this summer, sooooo....

actually i've been pretty consistent with the whole creativity thing. (well at least up to now). I wish I could say i've had a lot going on, but I haven't. I need a change. And well I need to actually do something with my art-- i've grown so much and I feel very confident as an artist, but where is it taking me? Yes I need to create-- but just for the sake of creating?
Glad to hear it was only the volvo that got frakked up. (volvo? next thing you know you will be telling me your a soccer mom loolololo).
(of course i drive a chrysler so who am i to judge)

I get a sense of pride in this...the way the figures are standing in the bottom right lend to that well. Whether intentional or not, I love the subtle figure that I see in the red. A close-up of the female figure.
Like I said before, your work is always a visual treat.

pride..hmmm.. actually you might be right in a way-- i noticed a shift in the way i usually construct my images... i also used some older techniques in more subtle and different ways. Thats what i love about working in photoshop.. im always discovering another nuance and tweak.
the photo that has the femal and guy next to here was taken in new orleans a few years ago... they were statue people- put a dollar in their bucket and they acted like mechanical dolls.. was pretty cool, loved the vintage out fits they wear donning. they made an appearance in a much earlier devation.
