If its a big part then it counts, if its just like the arm and nothing else than the arm then it doesnt count unless it counts fingers/shoulder etc :3

Colors: main body 6c3286 (it should be a dark blue), red, yellow and whatever other colours you would like to add. Can you give him yellow paws please.
Patterns: simple : D you can some stripes too
Species: Dragon (can you make him a bit cartoony, don't mind semi realism)
Extra: star on his head, horns too, wings, feathers, a small broken star necklace and what ever else you like too add.
