Why do you need a Dusk Stone? Eevee evolves into Umbreon through high friendship at night.

I think I should give my Dusky Foul Play instead of Confuse Ray. Umbreon's low attack won't be an issue due to Foul Play calculating its damage using the opponent's attack stat.

Foul play can be devastating if used correctly. I know it OHKO'd my Aegislash-the one instance a super high attack stat can backfire ;-;
