Hooray for the organizer of the Sanctum of Pain! This would be Alarus, the bald eagle head minister of the BDSM organization. He's currently dressed in heavy robes, perhaps planning on inducting someone in the Seven Rites of Pain. He makes me dance with happiness because I can indulge my interest in shredding people up with my anthro version of Dissever. Remember, senseless violence, brutal swearing, and gore is fine, as long as there is no sex! (or something else equally silly).I may color him.

My only personal bitch about the anatomy would be that the head and eyes look a little small, but that has a lot to do with the angle, given that he's tilted his head down so that his beak is nearly touching his chest. Breast. That's weird when talking about males.
