I used a regular old yellow shirt I had laying around and made it smaller (it was a little to big for me haha) and sew the brown stripes on the back.
Why is your top heavy? I can't really give any good suggestions without a picture or any more info

It is foam with tin in between, held on with magnets and tape at the bottom since i couldn't pin the vinyl
