Description
From my first semester in printmaking, this series is one of my favorites. The series as a whole is from two separate assignments, the first from a carved, gessoed cardboard plate, and the second being a linoleum reduction. I used the same original sketch for both, though the cardboard set is wilder.**note: it says woodblock for the type of printing because it's the closest to cardboard I could find in the list

I like this one best out of the others of the set ^^. I colours of this print just appeal to me, I mean the colour on the black background stands out, but this one has a very nice colour scheme .
Though on the internet it's a bit harder to inspect the piece because with my sort of small monitor I have to have it small to see it all :<. I wish I could see it in real life so I could get a better look ^^.
Really nice work, printmaking is super fun .

Thanks for the comment!
There were about 30+ excellent prints from the cardboard print series because I just had so much fun with it. We were assigned to start with a printed image, then to make 5 significant modifications, either by cutting more, blocking out, making a color change (I changed to colors on ALL prints, lol), printing over another classmate's print, etc. I miss having those materials available! So much Fun!
