Description
Etching and aquatint with some delicious mistakes where the nitric ate through my red varnish on the last bite. Thought this one a good, albeit moody, first submission.**Update: 4/20/06**
Took another photo and cleaned up the image. Lost some of the moodiness because this photo is much brighter, but now you can see the details - of which i am quite proud

thanks! drawing the feathers into the ground took the longest, the auqatint was easier than i'd expected. The printing process itself is a total pain though, i agree!
