I Can help, if you havent done it allready, as i had the same problem c:
If you upload your image onto Sta.sh or something similer, click on the image, right click and press "copy image URL" and paste that it it should work. Or atleast mine did

I got how you put a "background" image for your custom box. But how would you make like another little white square in that custom box? And the reason I'm asking is because I have a black background and I want the black text to show up????? I probably have described that poorly but I don't know how to explain it. ;A;
