Chapter 4

XJ-10 sat quietly not speaking to anyone. Especially not that little brat Mandy, she loathed Mandy almost as much as she did XJ-9. She looked over to Shego, who was sitting on a lawn chair next to Mandy. Mandy, after a short while yelled, “Bonehead, get me some guava juice!” Shego was the next to speak
“Make that double, and don’t skip on the ice!” Grim mumbled as he walked off.
“Its bad enough I gotta serve one brat but now two…”
“What was that” Mandy yelled taking off her sunglasses looking at grim.
“Oh…twas nothing Mandy.” Suddenly an annoying voice rang out.
“I thinks not grim” A boy with a huge nose ran out from behind a bush holding a tape recorder.
“Wha…gimme that Billy!”
“Nu!” He screamed and ran off grim chasing after him.
“And I thought Doctor D was annoying.” Doctor Drakken looked up from the schematics he was reading and glared.
“And your heavenly to be around.” Shego sat up looking over to him, her hand turning green tossing some plasma at him.
“What was that blue boy!” He had just ducked out of the way as the green liquid projectile tore right through the chair.
“N…nothing Shego…”

Ace was the next to speak, as he got up closing a panel on XJ-10’s arm he looked around. “Stop your bickering, your all acting like idiots.” Shego glared at him throwing some plasma his way but before it even got close, something hit it sending it back, barley missing Mandy’s head as she ducked. XJ-10 stood there glaring not at Shego but at Mandy who she had missed.
“Hey don’t try that again or I’ll turn you into scrap.” XJ-10 turned smirking some and making a hand movement that told Mandy to shut up without saying words. Mandy growled and leaned back as grim carried a tray with two cups of guava juice fallowed by Billy.
“Grim, please, please, please, please.”
Grim looked to Billy. “I’m not given you that blazed tape recorded back, now go play in the street!” Billy gave a stupid smiled and ran off. “He….isn’t really gonna go play in the..” Before grim could finish a car’s brakes were heard and an explosion could be seen. Billy ran into the back yard.
“Hey…I know what your trying to do…now gimme it back!” Grim ignored him and set the cups down next to each girl, Shego looked up at him.
“Where is my Lemonade?” Grim grabbed his scythe as if about to kill her, then Mandy spoke.
“Yes grim, I remember asking for lemonade….now snap to it bonehead…” Grim grinded his teeth and picked up the cups and walked into the house. As Shego smirked and leaned back Billy jumped on her lap screaming at the top of his lungs.
“I like chocolate!” Shego stared at him thinking. “What the hell?” She then grabbed the boy up by his collar and threw him off towards Drakken.
“Oh come on Shego lighten up…sheesh someone is a grumpy head.”
“What!?” A shrillish shriek came across the lawn, Doctor D Just jumped behind XJ-10 to be safe and continued reading.

A few hundred miles away in Doctor Wakemen’s lab a very worried girl cried into her knees, she had been sitting in the corner for almost an hour crying. When they had arrived Doctor Wakemen immediately had Jenny carry Ron into the lab, Kim had to wait outside. After an hour and a half Jenny came in and smiled at Kim. “Your friends good as new.” She then led Kim into where Ron was being examined.
“Well young man, your lucky you came here, there are few people who could of helped you.”
“Hey KP!” Ron said as he got up lifting his shirt showing not even a scar. “I’m wellie in the belly.” Kim ran over and hugged him causing Ron to blush horribly. Rufus was sitting in a cage looking cross. When he had been found in Ron’s pants, Dr.Wakemen had shoved him in a small plastic cage, which he really didn’t like. “Rufus! What’s Rufus doing in that cage?” Ron said looking at Doctor Wakemen, who walked over taking him out of the cage and handed Rufus to Ron.

Back at Mandy’s house Doctor Drakken jumped up yelling. “I know how she beat your atonamatron!” Ace looked to Drakken doubtfully. Drakken showed him a small tube that led down with the periodic designation Xj. Ace looked to Drakken.
“You really think just cause that has Xj on it that’s suddenly how she won?”
“Well, according to this it’s a new element…and by my calculations this element is stronger then the hardest substances that can be found on earth…so in other words…Jenny is just build better…her fists will be able to break anything…with the proper force.” Ace looked over Doctor Drakken’s calculations and then nodded.
“I concur…” As they discussed the durability of XJ-10 no one noticed Billy leading 5 children into the back yard. Shego sat up when they walked by her and Billy yelled at the sunbathing yet ever-constant pale Mandy.
“These people wanted to talk to your boyfriend!” Mandy knocked Billy to the side ignoring his comment and looked at the kids. All dressed in matching suits and dresses the only thing that managed to stand out was a boy with braces and a football helmet on.
“What do you nerds want?”
“We don’t want anything” They all said in unison. “But we have an offer for the Irken invader.” Ace looked up away from the blueprints and walked over to the children.
“How do you know what I am.” As they spoke Pan walked into the back yard with grim, she was eating some pancakes and barley got her legs out of the house before having to jump back as Billy flew by hitting a wall.
“Gimme those pancakes you alien scum.” He said in his stupid voice.
“NEVER!” Pan shrieked before running off eating her pancakes with Billy following her carrying a fork.

After watching the very stupid display Mandy sent grim back for some guava juice, Shego and Mandy sipped their lemonade and listened to the Delightful children from down the lane. They talked of the “Kid Next Door”, who would be a constant threat to Ace and his evil plans unless he teamed up against them with a person who the children only referred to as “Father”. Finally after they had finished Ace nodded and looked to XJ-10. “I will agree to help you…but in return I want this so called. ‘Moon Base’ for my own purposes…if you wish to assist me after that a new deal will be forged…now…where is this list of operatives that you w…” Before he could finish a man came running into the back yard. He looked like someone that belonged on a swat team, but the colors were not of police uniform.
“Father…under…attack…need…help” He said panting before falling forward with a large burn mark on his back that looked like it was from a laser. Grim came out and gave both the demanding girls the guava juice and walked up to the man and touched his back with the scythe.
“How convenient, now they come to me to die…to bad this kind of service wasn’t around during the black plague…I was bouncing all over Europe.” The delightful children looked to Ace.
”Come with us…you’re the only one who can help us…bring your robot.” They began walking out front and got into a limo. Ace signaled for XJ-10 to come, Drakken got up and followed. Shego figured that she should go as well, grabbing her jump suit off the clothes line and following Drakken into the limo.

After driving faster then a normal car would be able to go, they saw a huge smoke stack rising from a town in the distance. Ace opened the sunroof and XJ-10 flew out, she then grabbed Ace and they flew off towards the smoke leaving the rest of the villains in the car. When they arrived there were many adults and children lying on the ground, and a large group of children all advancing on a dwindling number of adults holding up in front of a big house. Ace looked up to XJ-10 who was waiting for the word to attack. “You can do whatever you want with the children, try to leave a few alive.” She nodded as her antenna fell back and she ran at the children, in little under thirty seconds every child that had been fighting ether lied on the ground moaning, or were running to there ships being slowly picked off by XJ-10. Suddenly as she was about to punch a little kid in a orange hoody she was struck by a huge chunk of metal. As she got up after, having slid for 10 feet, she looked up at a huge rabbit mech. She smirked and said.
“You got the jump on me last time…this time your dead…” She ran at it punching the cockpit, shattering it and looking at the scared oriental girl in a big green sweatshirt. She grabbed the girl and tossed her off to the side.
“Numbah 3!” The boy in the orange hoody yelled out. As XJ-10 turned to look at the boy, all she saw was a board about to hit her face and easily she leaned back avoiding it.
“Stupid monkey.” She said smugly, grabbing his foot as he flew by and throwing him at a bald headed kid who was running at her. “You can’t defeat me!”
“Numbah five thinks your too full of yourself!” As she turned she saw a girl holding out one the lasers the adults had been using and then a red flash, not even XJ-10 could avoid that and when it hit her she flew back into a car causing it to explode. When XJ-10 had gotten up all she saw was several damaged ships flying off.
Before she could chase them Ace yelled. “Enough!” XJ-10 looked back to him.
“WHY!? I can catch them.” Ace was in the glass covered cockpit of the bunny mech and finally gotten it to work.
“Do not taint you victory be killing cowards.”

Finally when the delightful children from down the lane showed up they led Ace, XJ-10, Drakken, and Shego into a large rather warm room. They were all seated and offered tea. Only Drakken took some and looked to a chair sitting in front of a fire place. “That…was quite an impressive display Miss…”
“You can call her XJ-10” Ace said quickly.
“Miss XJ-10...not to catchee..” XJ-10 glared down at Ace for a moment who didn’t notice or respond.
“You can call me Sally…only my father calls me XJ-10”
“Okay Miss Sally…how would you like to leave the Irken invader and work for me…you could have anything you wanted.” Ace got up pointing towards the chair before the fireplace.
“Who do you think you are?” A man dressed in a black business suit got up, he cast an evil look to Ace.
“I am father, and your on my turf, I would rather not be invaded by the Irken empire…we have been watching your counterpart Zim for a long time now.”
“I’m no invader…but I will be taking this planet for my own.” Ace said confidently.
“Well, that is to be determined later. I called you here because of this…” Father reached down and picked up a box and walked over to Ace setting in before him and opened it. Inside was a silver sphere. Ace picked it up and his legs extended from his back as he tossed the ball up, it stopped mid air and suddenly a holographic image appeared. On it was tallest Miyuki holding a small Irken in her arms. She looked at where the camera must have been. When she spoke it sounded of sadness. “Ace, if you get this, I want you to know that if I am still tallest when you arrive at earth, I want you to come back. By the time you get this, I hope some changes come. When we last met…I wanted to tell you, I was pregnant…back on the station, that night we spent together you got me pregnant, but my pak somehow held it back. But when you sent that best after me it damaged my pak…and it released everything and this small Irken was made. I have named her Pan and I hope one day you two will meet. If I am no longer tallest when and if you return…I just want you to know…that I will always feel the way we did, goodbye Ace.”

As the transmission ended, Ace’s legs went back into the pak and the ball dropped to the ground. All had watched the message play out and father finally broke the silence. “I knew it was Irken technology.” XJ-10 put a hand on Ace’s shoulder but he pulled away suddenly missing Irk and Miyuki. He then walked out fallowed by XJ-10 and got into the limo. After a while Drakken and Shego came out carrying a briefcase and got in. Ace stayed silent as they went back but Drakken Shego and XJ-10 talked, Drakken had gotten quite a bit of money from father as payment for any future services and Shego wanted part of it. XJ-10 finally yelled.
“I beat the brats so I get the money and grabbed it from Drakken who knew how strong the robot could be and did not protest. When they arrived back at Mandy house all got out and Ace walked off.

XJ-10 knew he should be alone now and led Shego and Drakken into the back yard. From the bushes a pair of blue eyes watched Ace walk off. As he reached a bench he sat down, several people had started running in all directions and Pan also ran by running on her Pak’s legs looking very tired as Billy ran by with the scythe of doom. “Come back here you filthy pancake eating alien!” As he sat there something came up behind him. He heard it, his antenna twitching before he jumped up his legs coming out of the pak and he stared down at Mandy.
“Oh…its you evil earth creature…” He sat back down and Mandy sat next to him on the bench.
“What’s wrong, aren’t you suppost to be evil and not a wiener?” She said emotionlessly.
“Leave me alone evi…” He was cut off by Mandy.
“I have a name you know.” He looked to her.
“Sorry Mindy.” He said she glared at him.
“So much for intelligent life in the universe…”
“You are one to talk…your planet is so stupid I bet you don’t even know the meaning of life.”
“Its to live for a short time then die…that’s the meaning of life…you aliens aren’t only wieners you think you know it all.” He got up and started walking off. “I don’t have to take this from you.” Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder and he was pulled around and leaned back as he suddenly felt lips on his own.

Heh…I know I’m evil for leaving it at such a mushy part/cliffhanger…but I donno…this idea hit me and ide rather leave you hear then let you know what happens! xp
