I hate Cheese.There, I said it and I'm glad. Cheese is the total antithesis of everything that makes "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" great - he's stupid, oblivious, one-dimensional, poorly drawn, and his dialogue is insipid and shallow...and most significantly, he has never made me laugh. And yet somehow, he's managed to outshine everybody else on the show to become the most popular character - and he's only appeared in five episodes. How popular is he? Just look at the box art for the upcoming "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: The Complete Season 2" DVD. I kid you not, this is the official artwork.

This is ridiculous. None of the other characters are even mentioned, let alone pictured. Cheese appears in ONE EPISODE in Season 2. By picking this up in your local Best Buy, you'd swear this was "The Cheese Show". Hence, this piece of fan art is my act of protest. I can only imagine that this is how the characters would most likely feel to know that this ugly little schmuck is slowly choking their show to death.

FINALLY!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!! I thought I was the ONLY one in the world who hated, hated, HATEDΒ that character! Granted, he isn't as bad as Bendy, Terrence, Berry, Duchess, Moose, or Lil Abe in my opinion (mostly because he isn't "villainous"), but he is definitely at the top of my list of most annoying/offensive characters. Again, I thank you and couldn't agree more, and hats off to your picture--very appropriate, and I can totally see that happening.

I agree! I hate Cheese, because I see him as an INSULT to people like my brother, who has Autism. Now my brother can be annoying, since he has this condition, but this character...THIS CHARACTER! My brother saw Cheese and turns to me and asks me, "do you really think of me like that?" My heart broke when he asked this.

Of course when I was little, Cheese was basically my favorite character of the show. But I've recently realized how much attention Cheese gets. I'm starting to dislike Cheese myself after all the attention he gets. But I can't resist saying "I like chocolate milk." every time I hear the word chocolate milk. (Two words really)
I wish Craig McCraken never thought of Cheese.

God I can agree. I love Lauren and the crew. But Jesus Christ, Cheese was PAINFUL. The fact that he's clearly mentally challenged makes him so uncomfortable to even fucking look at, and I just don't understand why they kept bringing him back.
